overall my experience with Pack’ N’ Move was a 10/10. Thaj and the crew were so helpful and flexible when it came to working around my schedule. When handling my items they were fast efficient and careful with each and every item. They were very respectful of my belongings and guided me through everything they were doing the entire move. I would hire them again and i would recommend them to anyone in need of moving help! Thank you Thaj and crew!

The team at packNmove we're extremely professional, beyond respectful and quick! The two young men where very mindful of not banging into the walls nor scratching or breaking my heavy items. Went above and beyond to take the basement door off to remove the washer, to eliminate damage. But also put it back on without being asked! They came on time, assessed the situation made an efficient plan. also they might have gone over the two hours I paid for, but they finished the job!!! I appreciated that there boss didn't charge additional but I definitely tipped them well for the extra minutes! All in all If I ever have to move again packNmove is my 1st call! Keep working hard young men ?!

PackNMove supported my transition moving from Rochester to Connecticut. Thaj and his crew were punctual, efficient, and treated my belongs with the upmost respect. Overall I was very satisfied with the excellent customer service and professionalism of his staff.

I needed to move across town and Pack’N’Move was the cheapest company I could find for the short notice. I was able to schedule with them the day before my move and they should up the next morning at 10 AM on time and ready to work. They were very respectful and handled all of my things with care and am going to recommend them to all my friends and family going forward.
