We thought she did a great job! Scheduling was very easy, and she arrived to the appointment on time. Everything looked like brand new when the service was completed, and we would definitely use her services again in the future!

Great, showed up a little late due to another job, but no worries. Was very detailed! Got all the dog fur off and cleaned the leather and every crevasse. Will call her again.

The rain pushed my first appointment out, but only a few days later so I didn't mind. I was supposed to get both an interior and exterior detailing for the $150 offer, but even after vacuuming before Mandi came, my car was still a bit too dirty for her to get to clean the exterior without a surcharge. Overall, the quality of the interior detailing was superior, and I love how my car still smells just as fresh and clean as it did when she first cleaned it a week ago. I don't mind that the exterior wasn't cleaned at all. Thanks for the hard work Mandi, it shows!

They came to her house and she was pleased with it. The scheduling was good. She used most of the service and they even offered a few things for the price that she did not need or want done.

this young woman works incredibly hard with little rest or breaks. inside of car shiny clean and smells good. outside of car shiny clean; don't know how it smells since it/we were outdoors. <br /> she has now detailed 4 of our venerable cars and each time she finishes, they look and smell like new. <br /> a real bargain for the price. <br /> we will definitely use her service again, once the weather breaks. <br />

I purchased a big deal through Angie's List for an interior/exterior auto detailing. There were issues scheduling a time for her to come out. When I finally confirmed a date and time for her to come out, she didn't show up. She called to state that she was in a minor car accident and she wouldn't be able to make the appointment. We went back and forth on another date but then she said that I would have to clean out my car before she would work on it. We never heard from her so we requested a refund from Angie's List. Every time that we called to schedule an appointment, she never answered. We are now being harassed by this woman who is telling us that we have to pay her $69.49 for a cancelled appointment. She is also threatening to charge us two other fees which we don't even know what for. We never cancelled, she did not show up. The deal was also misleading as she said she would not do things that the deal description stated.

"As the deal clearly states, "a complete shampoo of carpets/upholstery can be purchased separately, opposed to the spot shampoo that is included in the deal". When I explained this to the customer on May 15, it apparently upset her because she never responded to me after that message. I received no phone calls whatsoever, no emails, no attempt to schedule her appointment after that message I sent on May 15th. The Deal was for $95 for the detail and the an extra $25 for SUV charge. Mandi was very nice to work with. She arrived promptly; and did a great job. I will definitely use this service again. <br />
