He explained all that his involvement would entail, gave a timeline, and managed my expectations throughout the whole process. <br /> <br /> I do not blame him one bit for my iPhone being unfixable. These things are weird. I broke it and he did everything he could to fix it but it was unfixable. <br /> <br /> He went above and beyond to do this. When I first sent a message asking about the price to repair an Ipad 5 screen, Derek responded within minutes.  He was helpful and offered a great price.  His repair quote was substantially lower than any other quote I received.  He always responded quickly to my questions about when and how I could drop off my device.  When I dropped it off, he told me it would be ready for pick up by 3:00 the next day.  He contacted me the next day at noon letting me know it was already finished and ready for pick up.   <br /> The repair was perfect; my husband's previously ruined Ipad now looks like new (and I'm off the hook for breaking it!). <br /> He was quick to respond, finished the work well and on time, and at a great price. <br /> <br /> <br />

Derek fixed my iphone screen in 20 minutes. He even looked to see if there was any damage from dropping it in water. Everything works perfectly again! Couldn't be happier with the price and service. Highly recommend him.

I cracked the screens on both my iPhone 5 and my iPhone 6. Took them both to be repaired and Derek did an excellent job. My 6 had been replaced with the same grade of glass as Apple puts on iPhones. I sold my 5 to Mobile Gadget for some extra money in my pocket as well. I've referred my friends to come here and get their screens replaced.

I have a busy lifestyle and to be able to not have to go out of my way, for what was still a great price, I was more than satisfied.
