The quality of the finished product is outstanding. We would strongly recommend him to anyone who is considering adding a sunroom.

We could not be more pleased. John removed the existing shower and garden tub, and installed a gorgeous new tile shower. The level of craftsmanship is amazing, and there were no surprises with estimate or timeline. I would recommend Modern Builders in a heartbeat.

Really pleased with the work John did. Great attention to detail, and everything turned out beautifully. He’s also very responsive and easy to work with, and was patient with us as changes had to be made along the way. Overall thrilled with our new bathroom.
