Great flooring

Their expertise, work quality and kindness was excellent. I only ask that if there is additional money is expected (i.e. a delivery charge for going to a home improvement store to get additional equipment) then to make mention of this prior to actually going for the pickup. Regardless, I would still hire them again.

I had a great experience working with them. The overall process was easy and smooth. I knew exactly what works needed to be done and communicated my needs with them. They got the job done extremely quickly with great outcomes. Was surprised with the price they asked me for. Nice hard working guys. I highly recommend them and will hire them for future maintenance!

They were very friendly and professional

As as small business owner myself, I have a pretty strict â No bad reviewsâ policy. I typically only ever leave good reviews or no reviews. However, in this circumstance, it is difficult to overstate just how bad of a job was done on the drywall repairs for my house. I had a fairly big job to be done after tearing out a wall and scraping the popcorn ceiling in my house so I was very clear and up front about the work that needed to be done and what I expected when I was getting estimates. When they arrived to give me the estimate they assured me that they could easily handle it and had done it before and gave me their quote. The day before they were scheduled to start, they came by to drop off some tools and I noticed that it was all new equipment. I asked them about it and they said it was cause they had just started their own business but not to worry. This seemed reasonable enough to me so I decided to trust what they were telling me. That is until they completed their first day on the job and it became abundantly clear that they had no experience in Drywall. A first coat of mud should simply be to put the tape in place over the seams, but they put an insane amount of mud on and just slathered it over the entire panel and had massive lumps and seams all over the walls. After telling them this was unacceptable work they proceeded to tell em they had it under control and would sand the next day. The next day I let them in and then had to go upstairs to get on a work phone call, by the time I was out, I opened my office door upstairs and walked out into a literal cloud of dust from them sanding. They had been sanding with normal disc sanders and not the proper sanders with vacuums connected that are typically used for drywall work. They also did not tape up the stairwell to keep dust from spreading upstairs, they did not turn of the central air so that it wouldnâ t suck up into our system and they opened all the windows so the cold air was just sucking strait into our home and spreading the dust everywhere. (I wish I could post phots with this review, there was mounds of dust everywhere) At this point I had had enough and told them again it was unacceptable work and they then proceeded to tell me that for the amount of money I was paying them it was a lot of work and that they couldnâ t get a few of the seams any better(and this is only after one coat) for the price I was paying. Mind you, they came out to my house for the estimate, saw the amount of work and gave me a quote. I did not haggle them down, I agreed to the price that they asked for, I showed them exactly what needed to be done and what I was looking for and I did not add any work to the job. They are clearly just saying that they can do jobs that are out of their league and doing a terrible job. I finally paid them half and told them to leave. Money and time completely down the drain. They may do fine work for general maintenance work around the house, but I DO NOT recommend at all for any job of consequence, especially drywall work.
