They did a very good job and were very professional.

<p>They got out here and charged a lot more then what they quoted on Angies List. I was not happy about that. They were suppose to come back out to repeat the spots that did not take and he did not respond to my email. They used equipment that was too big to get around the corners so they did a quick job. My acreage was not anymore then what was on the coupon but then they said it needed more for the grass seed. I was not too happy about it.  They showed up when they said they would.</p>

I would give them A's. They didn't do anything bad.

It was fine. I tried to use them again this year but I couldn't find them listed anyway. They met my expectations. They did exactly what I hired them to do. It was an Angie's List Deal. They were right on time.

It was just so so. While they got out here very fast to do the work. The quality of the mulch just wasn’t very good and they didn’t cut into the beds.  It was very rushed.  We did not see the value of the Big Deal.

It turned out well. They did an excellent job. It took them ½ hour to do the job and they sent out 2 techs.

I purchased a Big Deal and the service was provided more than a month after the purchase of the deal.  I was orginally frustrated due to the timing (the lateness was due in part to the extremely rainy season start).  However, once we agreed to a date, those guys were out here spreading the mulch.  As they got to the end of the job, it started pouring.  The guys waited unitl the storm passed and finished the job.  It was a little messy but those guys worked long and hard.  I would surely call on them again. <br />

I have called them a minimum of 4 times throughout the year. The last time I called them was the first week in May. They said they would send someone out. They have never sent anyone out and they never called to let me know that they could not make it.

Very nice workers came to do the work.  I got a quote for some additional work and it was too high for me to afford. <br />

The team arrived as scheduled and immediately began the aeration process. All work was completed in a timely manner and all steps were described. As the work was completed last fall I can attest to the outcome or the services. Our lawn has never looked better! I would heartily recommend Modern Landscaping and will use their services again this year. <br />

When scheduling the appointment, I informed them that I needed additional mulch; which was agreed to be paid for separately. I purchased this per cubic yard, they showed up with a small trailer and installed the mulch. When I measured the cubic area of the pile of mulch, it was not close to the amount that it was supposed to be. When I communicated to Amun about this, he was surprised and blamed the mulch yard he purchased the mulch from, he told me I could pay him what I thought was fair. I wasn’t quite certain if Amun knew the amount was off or not. If I was ever to purchase anything from them again, I would definitely measure to make sure that I was getting what I paid for.

Did what they said they would.  Very pleased.  Will hire them again. <br />

The owners have always been great to deal with but I think they've grown too big too fast. The crew they used were not experienced and did not do as good of a job as I expected. They left without notifying me so by the time I surveyed the property and realized they had not covered it all, they were long gone. <br /> Now that it's spring, I've got 4 new weed problems that A) didn't exist last year as I'm very meticulous about ridding the yard of weeds and, B) do not exist in any of my neighbors' yards. This means the seed that was used was of poor quality. There are also new, thick patches of Bermuda in a full-Fescue lawn. Now I have to remove the Bermuda and the only way to do that is to dig it up and replant new Fescue seed. <br /> This "great" cheap deal gave me just what I paid for, and added MORE work for me this year to fix the problems the seed caused. <br /> Unfortunately, I will not be using them again in the future. They were great when they started out but again, got too big and the quality has severely suffered. <br />
