Bob and his crew were available within a week of our quote. The entire roof was torn off and replaced in 2 days. The team accomplished a lot of work in that time and cleaned up after each day. The price was the same as the quote. I owe him and his crew my thanks for an excellent job. Our new roof is beautiful!

Bob and the Modern Remodeling team did a great job in the renovation of a townhouse I had recently purchased that was in disrepair. They gutted the kitchen and bathrooms, laid new flooring in every room (bathrooms (tile), kitchen (tile), living areas (hardwood), and bedrooms (carpet)), installed all new cabinets, lighting, and appliances in the kitchen. They were responsive and easy to work with, and I would use them again for future projects!

Bob and Lydia were both great! When we requested the quote he had a packed schedule, but fit us in 2 Sundays. We were extremely happy with the job they did. I was happy to have the recommendation, and we were very pleased with the professionalism of his staff, but the quality of work was amazing, we had a few small changes in our kitchen and bath and they were more then accommodating.

Great! Quick and thorough

Bob and his team came out to estimate within 2 days, then repaired the following weekend...flawless job, supurb job matching 15 yr old existing shingles-at a very reasonable price. Their work was second-to-none to include clean up. "Double thumbs up"!

First, the air conditioners were installed very well and looked like they were meant to be there. The air conditioners that were taken out were large, non-energy efficient air conditioners and Bob installed a decorative molding around the units - it looks like it should have been there since the condo was built. Then we called Bob and Lydia back to do some work on our kitchen. Bob did all of the work quickly, efficiently and neatly. Lydia gave us ideas for our cabinets and backsplash and they have turned out beautifully. Our cabinets and backsplash are always complimented when we show the condo to people. He worked through an entire weekend to get the kitchen cabinets for a tight countertop install deadline, which other contractors did not want to do. Best of all, their work is priced fairly and they do not hassle you for a huge deposit like other contractors do. Bob and Lydia are both a pleasure to work with, and if we flip another condo, we will be calling them in again. **NOTE: I put $0 in the approx. cost of service because we were billed per job, and these were spread out over the span of a few months. As I mentioned, their pricing is very fair and we were inclined to hire them over and over again.

The professionalism, work, cleanliness and timeliness of the project was second to none. Bob and Lydia make you feel special and will do whatever it takes to help accommodate your needs while the project is going on. Bob was always on time, stayed late if needed, and made sure the worksite was spotless at the end of each day. I highly recommend Modern Remodeling and Design.
