Modern Roofing

The work was very good. The workers were very professional. They were on time except at the end when they laxed with the finer details. When they finished the finer details the end work was excellent. I recommend this company for roof repair and roof replacement.

We had our house built in 2005, and we've had several roof leaks that required repairs. I saw Modern Roofing advertisements on social media and called for an estimate. Tyler was our first appointment. He called on his supervisors to conduct an extensive evaluation of our roof. They presented an electronic proposal with photos of the trouble spots on the roof and facade of our home. It was done professionally and was extensive. One feature that we appreciated was the three estimates depending on the quality of the materials and labor involved. We chose the top estimate because we didn't want to worry about future issues. Miguel and Rudy conducted the next order of business after I had paid my deposit. They facilitated the setup and handed over the heavy lifting to Francisco and the crew. Their hard work was commendable, and the way they managed in the extreme heat and the daily threat of thunderstorms was admirable. Their estimate of 6 days proved longer due to the weather, and we all worked collaboratively, knowing that a professional, polished roof installation was the ultimate goal and reward. After the clean-up and final details, the roof was completed to our satisfaction. A compelling feature of their artistry was excellent communication throughout the process. Even after Francisco's crew finished the day's work, they secured the roof so we never had any water leaks during the severe weather. We lost our giant tree and our tree house in the windstorm, but the roof weathered the storm with no damage, and the giant tree fortunately fell away from the house, avoiding a sure disaster. We highly recommend Modern Roofing.

It was very good. They were very transparent. They were nice young men. They were professional. They were very upfront. They dealt with the insurance from the beginning until the end. They went to all the appointments that the insurance had made. I recommended them to neighbors and family. They were very inspiring company.

It was very well. We had some hail damage, they went above and beyond to help us. The insurance took down our request, but the company never gave up. It was a very good experience. They kept us informed the whole time.
