Andrew is very knowledgeable and we are happy with the project. Andrew came out to my house and knocked on my door (ignoring my no soliciting sign). I was very skeptical and bothered at first. But after speaking it was clear he was very knowledgeable and may be able to help (we had some leaking in our roof). Andrew offered to go onto our roof right then, inspect it, and even put a small tarp on our roof to help stop the leaking, and did it as a favor. At this point we decided to try and allow Andrew to work with our insurance company to see if they can pay for the roof. After a few weeks and many long conversations back and forth our insurance company paid to replace the roof. My only complaint about working with Modern is it did sometimes take a day or so to hear back from them. But each time we spoke they had made progress or spoken with our insurance company. Overall it was a good project. I will recommend Andrew and modern roofing to our neighbors. Very happy with our new roof.
