Specializing in unbiased Mold Inspections and Mold Testing. (We do not offer mold removal) Our clients trust us for our years of experience and unbiased mold assessments as we offer full detailed reports with the proper protocols for any remediation/removal processes. Since we do not offer any remediation/removal our clients know that we just have their best interest in mind and making sure that they are living in a safe clean air environment. With our founders having over 10 years of mold testing and inspection experience and not spending any additional time on anything else our clients know that we are true experts in our field. Our inspections include a full visual inspection of the property, the use of thermal imaging and moisture meters, 2 lab samples either air samples (1 in the area of concern and 1 outside the property for control) or two swabs. A full detailed lab report from a certified lab, and a full inspection report with photos details and a clearly written protocol for remediation when necessary. We pride ourselves in being the only "inspection only" company that offers full post inspection support via phone or email. We are here to help you understand your report and help you make educated decisions for yourself.
