Mold Eliminatorz

We hired Anthony for $1800 with a 5-yr warranty to remove white mold from our garage wall at the end of Sept 2021. He came out, scrubbed the wall, and in less than an hour was finished. By Dec 2022, the mold was back. We made several attempts to get him to come back and remediate. He did not show up for his appointment, never called to let us know he wasn’t coming, and made excuses about why he couldn’t come when I called him. When he finally did come, he entered the garage (the door was open) and left without ever speaking to us, only calling after he left to tell us the job was done. When we went to check, the wall was still moldy but the floor was wet. I called him back asking why he would come and leave without speaking to the owners to address our concerns. He said he had sanitized our floors but we didn’t have mold on our wall (which is absurd because it is the same growth he acknowledged the first time when he took our money, and we never asked him to treat our floors). We asked him to return the next day and he never showed up. I checked his Yelp and BBB reviews and many people have had similar experiences. Do not hire this man unless you want to pay for service twice. He is unprofessional, does not do a thorough job, and clearly had no remorse about it. We will be taking him to court.

The owner was very responsive as I was trying to figure out which contractor to use. Once the wall was opened on a Saturday and we saw it needed to be cleaned out, the owner came out on a Sunday and did the job personally to make sure it was done right, and didn’t overcharge me just because it was an emergency next day Sunday situation.

Went perfectly!
