Melissa was amazing to deal with. Being out of the country during an emergency is extremely stressful. Unfortunately we had a slow leak from my AC unit that caused a a great deal of stress and a cleanup crew. Melissa was so knowledgeable and helpful through this whole process. She has the walls tested for mold and was able to remove all the drywall and areas that registered moisture. They were prompt and took charge to help get everything cleaned up for me extremely quickly. I am so thankful that I found them. I highly recommend them. I truly appreciate all of your help Melissa and Jamie. Highly recommend!

PNC staff are very professional and technically efficient. they make sure to be thorough and address all the issues and probabilities. They had the equipment to test for mold and also sent a sample to a testing facility for further verification and test results came back in line with PNC test results. We will gladly use them in the future, if something comes up and would recommend them to our neighbors or friends,

Jamie was very thorough in his assessment and explanation regarding the cleaning process. He was honest about what he thought the outcome would be. He did a test run and was very patient while waiting for me to give him the go ahead to do the work needed. I was very satisfied with the outcome but even more so with the customer service. I would call this company again for any other needs we have and highly recommend Jamie and PNC.

This process has been challenging, I would not recommend this company as I am finding I will have to hire contractors to fix everything that is on my home. She uses contractors that are unlicensed and general communication is not very customer friendly.

"Natalie, all of our contractors are licensed, and we did not do the rebuild on your home. You hired a separate company to do rebuild work on your home and now you're trying to put that on us. We are licensed and insured and always have been who you choose to do your rebuild work it is up to you and they had no affiliation with us, but you continue to blame us for the work that they did. After the rat-infested property was denied and I helped you with your Insurance claim and you received coverage you give us a bad review. I am appalled."

We just purchased an older home and were dismayed by the dirty grout in the flooring throughout the house.. Jamie explained the cleaning process and pointed out areas that could be a problem during his initial visit. He spent extra time detailing those areas during the cleaning process. The grout is clean and bright and the floor looks fabulous. Terrific job and terrific service.

Melissa & Jaime may a very upsetting situation bearable. I sent Melissa a picture of our â situationâ and she said she would be over in 30 minutes (even though it was her day off). They were very knowledgeable and professional and got the job done quickly. I hope I will never be in a situation where I need their services again but if I do I know who to call.

Melissa Flores of PNC came to our house as soon as I called PNC. She had a couple of instruments that showed where the moisture was. She had a plumber come out quickly who fixed the leaking pipe. A carpenter came and remedied the mold and moisture damage. They ordered a custom made vanity, which we are waiting to receive now.

Do you want to write a review for PNC For Home Advisor. She would also like one for Google but I donâ t have an account. This is what I wrote if you just want to cut and paste. They are trustworthy. They are good at what they do. Melissa, the owner, is a hands-on leader who is an expert in her field. She not only has the knowledge for the mold removal, but also the needs for insurance.She continually follows up on every request or question. You canâ t go wrong with PNC. They cleaned everything, from the mold to the clothes and carpets as well.

I am so grateful I was able to find and hire Pack-N-clean! Melissa came in and took over the overwhelming mold problem in a vacation condo. She is so knowledgeable and VERY thorough. The process was made easy for me and very fast! She went above and beyond by taking care of unrelated issues for me, like plumbing. She is a caring individual and easy to work with and her company is very professional. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
