Eran was confident he could do the job, matching up an uneven foundation between two rooms. When the time came to tackle that part of the job the unskilled laborers didn't know what to do and I had to make a suggestion. Later, he needed two more buckets of MVP glue than what was estimated. Now, a year later, the glue is still coming up between the planks. My guess is that they used too much. The laborors installed boards that were warped, instead of putting them aside and only using the good ones. One day they brought in a CHILD of about 14 years old to use a flamable liquid to clean the glue off of the floor. At the end of the job when I pointed out the warped floors he said that's because it's all we had, when we had an extra 500 sf of flooring in the garage. He wouldn't redo the floors, said it was because of our foundation, not the wood.

Of all the tradespeople I have dealt with, Eran was probably the most professional and prompt. The work was performed and completed on-time and at a price which is very competitive. There was no complaint or resistance (or charge!) when we changed the style of the baseboard. We were concerned about dust from the refinish process, he said it was minimal and it was even cleaner than that. I recommend him.
