The work was accomplished by Andre and coworkers in a timely and very professional manner despite what appears to be a busy schedule. We are very pleased with the results and strongly recommend them to others with domestic mold problems.

Andre looked at pictures in advance and was able to arrange a site visit within our desired window.  He and his team arrived on time, were extremely polite and conscientious, and reduced the estimate accordingly when we discovered that only part of the area we were concerned about needed treatment. <br />

They did an excellent job!  The ceiling tiles they replaced look great and perfect job on the bar area drywall.  They also cleaned after themselves including the stairway which they used to go up/downstairs. I would definitely recommend them in the future to anyone who is in need of mold removal.  The mold odor is completely gone. Excellent service! <br />

I had them out to test after our roof was leaking.  They were on time and professional.

Mold Removal Chicago removed the mold in the basement and cleaned and sanitized the basement. There was some debris as well which they didnt charge extra for. Although the basement was small they were fast and efficient and did an excellent job. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and went through the entire process from start to finish. They were very friendly and courteous. We would highly recommend this company.

<br /> Andre was pretty busy the first day I spoke with him, but stilled vowed to come that same evening, but unfortunately I wasn't available. I had another company come by the next morning, they wanted to charge me too much.  Then another come by who prices were even more expensive than than the first guy. I then contacted Andre again, he came by checked everything out, and gave me a descent price.The following morning Andre Frank arrived on time removed the mold. I left during the mold removal process. The mold was only in a few areas of the attic. Andre explained to me all details. Upon completion windows had to be left open the remainder of day, well, Andre stated a couple of hour. The airing out took a while, but overall he did a fantastic job! a gentlemen indeed as well.

I bought a condo in the building I already live in that had been owened by a woman put into a nursing home. It had stood empty and closed up for 2 years. Although I had no symptoms of mold allergy, when we pulled off the vinyl backed wallpaper in the living room, we found mold on three walls.   l called several mold remediation services to get estimates. Andre Frank was the ONLY one who really seemed to understand the problem. We had walls that were plaster directly over cinderblock and one service provider insisted we needed to do a mold test (additional money) to see if the studs under the plaster board (?) were moldy. I reminded him that we had plaster directly over cinderblock so there were no studs and this "expert" insisted I was wrong--after I had SHOWN him places where the plaster had chipped away revealing the cinderblock underneath. Andre on the other hand, understood instantly what the problem was. He explained that the mold was caused by moisture at the floor level that wicked up the walls (a fact confirmed by my partner who has done home construction before.) We delayed having it repaired in an effort to find out the source of the moisture (which Andre had suggested) but in the end we went ahead--with him. (We think now that the old dishwasher in the kitchen had leaked under the wall, causing a pool of water under the carpet which rotted the tack strips in that corner and moisture which was trapped under the vinyl wallpaper.)  Andre arrived promptly, worked fast grinding down the plaster to remove the mold, cleaning, disinfecting and sealing it. Afterward we got some very good news from him: we didn't need to re-plaster the walls  because the mold hadn't gone deep. (This was to be an additional $2000-$3000 added expense. Andre told us he knew of a plasterer, but he himself does not do this.)   The walls were smooth and mold free all for $1400 a price that was well within range of the others we talked to. And now we have had a painter prep and paint those walls and they look beautiful. I was very impressed with Andre's intelligence and expertise. I would recommend him to anyone needed such work done.

We contacted Andre to help us detect and remove mold from one of the rooms in our condo. We were able to schedule an appointment within a day. Andre was very professional and personable. He took care of the problem and removed the mold in a timely manner. Dry wall and molding needed to be removed and replaced and was done so in a sufficient and reliable manner. The service was excellent and very thorough at a reasonable cost.  We were very pleased with the service overall and would recommend this company to others with mold problems.

Everything went fine and there was nothing that really stood up about them. They were very professional and I did not have any problems.

I did some research on the internet about mold remediation and settled on this company because they were conscious of the environment. They came and did a wonderful job and I was very impressed with their work. They took every single thing out and sprayed it with a mold retardant so that the mold would die and not continue to grow. When they finished they removed rotted wood and whatever was needed. When I asked them to do things they would do it immediately. For example, I decided I wanted the drywall to be replaced and when I called him he came right out and had the job completed in no time. I would recommend them to anyone. Andre was very pleasant and not to mention, he had experienced the same flood in his home so he related to my situation. Overall, he was very prompt and professional.
