Called MOMEM on a Saturday afternoon. He arrived within 2 hours. He was courteous, prompt and efficient. My replacement lock had to be modified to function properly.

Nice guy, great customer service. Gave me some options, and I ended up deciding to change most locks out in my house. Momen installed the locks, rekeyed them to match, and improved the door closing and latching as well on my front door.
