I was contacted right away and formed a plan for the locksmith to come to my home to help me open my safe. He had one call before he could come. He tried patiently to open my safe that failed to open what I thought was the correct combination. When that failed he offered to drill into it and told me the price. I told him to go ahead. He successfully did so. I was pleased with his professionalism & respect he showed to me and my property. He cleaned up carefully, too.

Called MOMEM on a Saturday afternoon. He arrived within 2 hours. He was courteous, prompt and efficient. My replacement lock had to be modified to function properly.
Momen arduously analyzed the issue and resolved the problem. He promised complete satisfaction and he delivered, at a fair price. Would recommend Momen service. 5 STAR.

The lock was repaired and went the extra mile by cleaning it as well. The lock works better than it has in years. I really appreciate the timely, efficient work. I've used this pro before and highly recommend them for any locksmith work!
