I was very happy with their service. Emily provided very deep, very detailed cleaning. She worked fast and everything looked wonderful when she left. I felt the price was very reasonable for the amount of work done. I plan to use them again in the future.

I really loved Jessica and Sochey (may have spelled it wrong). They communicated to me on the things they were not able to get done and I am happy with the results. They cleaned my kitchen and Sochey organized and told me where she put stuff. They worked hard to get everything I asked for completed and they did an amazing job in a timely manner. Just in time for my Christmas party.

I had the perfect housekeeper with this company and she had to leave. They sent another one who was not willing to clean the right way, the way I know she was taught. I've used this company off and on for 20 years or more. I told them I no longer wanted this replacement housekeeper due to her lack of intention of doing her job. I was told they had nobody else. Sadly, I've had to look elsewhere for housecleaners. A good one is hard to find. I did receive a call from the owner that he has hired more housekeepers and he has one available. However, I'm testing out another company for the next few weeks.

The woman was nice. But Was dressed in regular clothes and did not wear a mask or gloves the entirety of the time. She used very cheap dollar store cleaning products and used stained rags to clean everything. The house was decently cleaned but after she left I noticed a few things that were not cleaned thoroughly. I paid quite a bit to go with a local company as opposed to paying the same price through a franchised company. Glenn’s politeness was ultimately what sold me. If the maids can wear some sort of uniform identifying who they are and that they did not just come from home in their own dirty clothes, that would be more assuring. And perhaps asking for the cleaning products to be of a good quality and ENSURING that they are using proper cleaning techniques when in the household would go a long way. Gloves should be mandatory. Especially with what is going on with the virus right now.

"We are so sorry you were not completely satisfied with your cleaning. We spoke with your cleaner and she stated that she was dressed appropriately but she was on her hands and knees cleaning and her clothes did get dirty. The products used in your home were Lysol Toilet Bowl Cleaner, Pinesol floor cleaner, Windex w/Vinegar, Pledge, Easy Off Fume Free oven cleaner and we have a germ killing spray from Cleaning Ideas. She did happen to mention to you she cleaned your sink with SOS pads from the Dollar Store. At this time during the COVID we are having to get supplies at numerous places as cleaning products are in short supply. She cleaned inside your oven and the rag she used was then stained. You even asked her what she had cleaned that had that towel that stained and she explained to you it was from cleaning inside the oven. She wore gloves while cleaning the restroom. We either clean with a mask on or if customer is not there they can choose not to wear a mask. You left and when you came back you stayed in a room with your dogs. We do not allow any girls to work if they are exhibiting any symptoms like sneezing or coughing and when communicating with customers they social distance. You did a walk thru with her and said your home looked great and that you satisfied. We have a guarantee on our website that we arent satisfied unless you are and we will come back to fix anything wrong. We wish you would have called us with any problems. If you choose to have us come clean again we can send another cleaner and we will give you a discount."

Mom's Cleaning did a great job overall. They really did an excellent job with some of the problem areas in the apartment, and they were very professional and responsive. They were just a little bit late, but it was not an issue. Both the price and the service were great. I would use them again.

This company was amazing even from scheduling the service. The cleaners Terry and Molly were punctual and very nice ladies. They went above and beyond to provide great service. The house is absolutely spotless these ladies are excellent and beyond amazing. They have officially earned a regular clients. Would highly recommend and you will not be disappointed.

Terri and Molly were great!!!! They were super friendly and understood what I needed done within my home. I actually felt like they were friends. They were very thorough and cleaned everything. My only concern was I felt they were in a hurry based on company time constraints. However, they were still great!

I suspect the employee was mentally unstable. I did not feel she was safe around my kids. I asked her to leave early and helped her carry her things out.

"We just wanted to say we apologize. We run background checks on all persons working for us and rest assured we do not have any persons working with us that are mentally unstable and we are very insulted you would insinuate so on a public forum. Upon speaking with you today you stated she worked really hard and did a good job. When asked why you felt she was mentally unstable you stated because she asked you to walk thru and make sure you were satisfied, you said it was fine and she insisted; as this is our policy. You also stated she was too friendly and talkative. If you find these things to show a person mentally unstable that's concerning. Our team member was hired in 2014 with her husband. She is a very kind, bubbly energetic person. Even though her husband died of a massive heart attack in November of 2016 and she lost her young grandson who was 10 to Neuroblastoma in 2018 she continues to work and train for us. She is a cancer survivor and works hard to do a great job for her many clients. She gets lots of tips and great reviews. She stated you were in a hurry to leave and after she finished you said everything looked great and you all left together. She carried her things out; you did not as she does not allow clients to do so . She stated you were with her most of the time with your baby in your arms talking with her. There was no phone call to us to state your concerns. You left this review a month after the clean. I would think that if there was truly a concern about someone we sent to your home you would have contacted us that day. After speaking with you today quite honestly we find your claims unsubstantiated and hateful."

so easy to work with! our new baby showed up early and we had to reschedule our appointment last minute. they worked with us. Our last cleaning service "Earthwise" was so hard to deal with. Anytime I talked to the owner she seemed to show no concern for our business. Thats not the case with Moms they treat you with respect!! Maxine did a wonderful job cleaning our home! She was thorough and professional! We will be hiring Moms again! thanks so much !!

Sarah and Ben were friendly and responsive to requests. They started by doing a deep cleaning which was much needed. They worked steadily for the entire agreed upon time. I asked them to return on a monthly basis and they have worked well as a team to maintain a clean house each visit. They have been flexible about scheduling and are conscientious workers.

The company charged 30dollars above the coupon and insisted on me paying this. Billing does not seem reputable. The floors and tubes were great. Not all shelves were dusted.

"Again we apologize that you were confused with the billing. Your house was cleaned for the amount of the coupon which was $130.99. We spoke with you on the phone and when you gave us an address in the city of New Braunsfels we explained very clearly that there will be a $20 travel fee. Your home is about 47 miles away which is over 90 miles there and back to San Antonio. We give that money to our cleaners for gas. Also there is sales tax which is required by the state of Texas and that is out of our control. After you became upset and refused to pay any more than the $130.99 that left us to pay cleaners gas and the sales tax for you."
