"We are so sorry you were not completely satisfied with your cleaning. We spoke with your cleaner and she stated that she was dressed appropriately but she was on her hands and knees cleaning and her clothes did get dirty. The products used in your home were Lysol Toilet Bowl Cleaner, Pinesol floor cleaner, Windex w/Vinegar, Pledge, Easy Off Fume Free oven cleaner and we have a germ killing spray from Cleaning Ideas. She did happen to mention to you she cleaned your sink with SOS pads from the Dollar Store. At this time during the COVID we are having to get supplies at numerous places as cleaning products are in short supply. She cleaned inside your oven and the rag she used was then stained. You even asked her what she had cleaned that had that towel that stained and she explained to you it was from cleaning inside the oven. She wore gloves while cleaning the restroom. We either clean with a mask on or if customer is not there they can choose not to wear a mask. You left and when you came back you stayed in a room with your dogs. We do not allow any girls to work if they are exhibiting any symptoms like sneezing or coughing and when communicating with customers they social distance. You did a walk thru with her and said your home looked great and that you satisfied. We have a guarantee on our website that we arent satisfied unless you are and we will come back to fix anything wrong. We wish you would have called us with any problems. If you choose to have us come clean again we can send another cleaner and we will give you a discount."

"We just wanted to say we apologize. We run background checks on all persons working for us and rest assured we do not have any persons working with us that are mentally unstable and we are very insulted you would insinuate so on a public forum. Upon speaking with you today you stated she worked really hard and did a good job. When asked why you felt she was mentally unstable you stated because she asked you to walk thru and make sure you were satisfied, you said it was fine and she insisted; as this is our policy. You also stated she was too friendly and talkative. If you find these things to show a person mentally unstable that's concerning. Our team member was hired in 2014 with her husband. She is a very kind, bubbly energetic person. Even though her husband died of a massive heart attack in November of 2016 and she lost her young grandson who was 10 to Neuroblastoma in 2018 she continues to work and train for us. She is a cancer survivor and works hard to do a great job for her many clients. She gets lots of tips and great reviews. She stated you were in a hurry to leave and after she finished you said everything looked great and you all left together. She carried her things out; you did not as she does not allow clients to do so . She stated you were with her most of the time with your baby in your arms talking with her. There was no phone call to us to state your concerns. You left this review a month after the clean. I would think that if there was truly a concern about someone we sent to your home you would have contacted us that day. After speaking with you today quite honestly we find your claims unsubstantiated and hateful."

"Again we apologize that you were confused with the billing. Your house was cleaned for the amount of the coupon which was $130.99. We spoke with you on the phone and when you gave us an address in the city of New Braunsfels we explained very clearly that there will be a $20 travel fee. Your home is about 47 miles away which is over 90 miles there and back to San Antonio. We give that money to our cleaners for gas. Also there is sales tax which is required by the state of Texas and that is out of our control. After you became upset and refused to pay any more than the $130.99 that left us to pay cleaners gas and the sales tax for you."
