The work was fine. The problem was in the payment of the suppliers. I paid my job in full in March 2009. It is now July 2009 and a lein has been placed on my property, because they have not paid the supplier. I tried contacting them several times, before finally talking with the owner. He says he is making payments. As of today, my invoice at the supplier has not been paid.

They were really good. I used them on my second home and they were very friendly and they had a lower quote then some companies. I also liked the salesperson as he was very professional.

They were responsive on the whole project. They cleaned up after themselves and it looked nice after they finished. There were a couple of places they had to come back to fix but they did do it in a timely manor.

They are an amazing company, they were always on time. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. Outstanding customer service. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, and I found nothing wrong with them. They were extremely clean and professional! They were very polite! I would highly highly encourage people to use this company!

I wanted my new roof installed before the rainy season but had to wait three months for them to schedule me. They did leave a few staples in my yard but they did a great job on the roofing work. I would recommend them for roofing.

Monarch did a great job for me. They came on time for the estimate, and gave a reasonable price. They started the work on time and kept me informed through the whole process.

The tear off was quick and the crew did a wonderful job cleaning up. The roofers started working three days later without all of the materials that they needed(the radiant barrier rolls had not been delivered). They were not aware of the mistake until we contacted the the manager. They had to stop work and return the next day to tear off what they had done in order to install the radiant barrier rolls. The next day they arrived much later than we were told that they would be here, and they didn't pick up there mess at the end of the day when they left-there were soda cans and chip bags left laying around in our yard. They finally finished the job a couple days later, the trash from the job sat in our yard for three more days. We had an appointment with the foreman for the final walk thru and he did not show up or call. The roof looks good; hopefully it will not disappoint us like the company did.

Excellent job, excellent customer service. Very professional. They went out of their way to take care of any problems encountered on a very complex job.

In December 2005 and January 2006 we experienced a deluge of rain, and on February 7th, 2006 we noticed some water spots in our ceilings, and we called Monarch talked to Paul to let them know of the problem. He said they would take care of it. Next day a roofing crew showed to inspect the tiles and made the necessary changes. On March 13th. The same crew showed up, unsolicited to make sure every was alright. March was heavy with winds and more rain, so the crew showed up again to replace any tiles if necessary, and after they were finished outside, they came inside and painted our ceilings. They guaranteed our roof for five years and they stood by their word 100%.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME AND DID A GREAT JOB. WHEN THEY TORE OFF THE OLD ROOF THEY CHIPPED A HOLE IN THE ROOF. THEY CAME INSIDE AND DID A GREAT JOB REPAIRING THAT HOLE. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT CLEAN UP ON THE JOB.

THEY REPLACED MY GUTTERS AND VENTS. I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THAT ALL OF THE MONEY I SPENT WAS WELL WORTH IT. THE ROOF LOOKS GREAT TOO! THEY DO QUALITY WORK.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB ROOFING MY HOME. IT TOOK THEM ABOUT FIVE DAYS TO GET THE ROOF DONE AND IT IS STILL IN GOOD SHAPE AFTER A YEAR. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY LEAKAGE OR ANY OTHER PROBLEMS WITH THE ROOF YET.
