Joe was efficient and easy to discuss chimney chase problem with. he calked around the chimney cap and when asked to reimburse him for his time and service would not bill us. I would call him again if I had the need.

I reached out to a few companies for a repair job on some buckling stucco in two places on the second story of my house. Joe with Monarch responded quickly and was able to stop by and get me a quote within a few days. He was very helpful in explaining what was needed, and came in at a very reasonable price. I feel like he went above and beyond to repair my stucco and did an exceptional job. I'd recommend Monarch to anybody needing stucco work done.

Joe is a bit of a character, but very honest and up front about what will work and what will not. Our old stairs had stucco over plywood on the sides and water had got under the stucco and rotted the plywood and the stairs. Joe advised us that if we re-did the same application, we’d end up with the same result. So, we had the stairs rebuilt and left open underneath. Then Joe repaired the stucco where the stairs met the house and added stucco to the raw block underneath the stairs. His price was very fair and he showed up the very next day to complete the job. I would definitely recommend and would hire him again should I have other stucco repairs needed.

Start to finish we had A+ service. They came out immediately to give a quote and came back the next business day to do the work. Monarch cut into exterior of our two story home, removed honeycomb and patched/painted stucco. Very happy with the work and highly recommend.

Contacted Joe at Monarch through Angie's List and texted photos of the area in question. He called back within 30 minutes with a great price and said he could perform the repair the next day. I own a block home with stucco exterior, built around 1996. I developed some large cracks on the exterior window sills. I became concerned about water intrusion, pest intrusion, etc. associate with these cracks. I contacted Monarch (Joe) about this work. Joe came out right away for an estimate and consultation. He immediately understood the issue and provided a solution. We scheduled the work during his estimate visit. The work was done promptly. Joe personally followed up with me to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. Joe went far above and beyond my expectations on this project. The window sills are now sealed and look better than new. Joe also provided a slight slope on the sill to allow water to run off. He then sealed all associated surfaces that he repaired. I would recommend Monarch to anyone who needs any service Joe provides. I would use this company again for any and all future work. His professionalism and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed with Joe and his team. They were all very professional and efficient. I had my entire home re-stuccoed and it looks amazing. Joe was patient and very accommodating to our schedule. He took the time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. His pricing was very competitive (thousands of dollars less than any other quote I received), and he went above and beyond what others would have done on my home. During the final walk through he was finding the smallest imperfections in the finish and having them corrected on the spot. I truly appreciate his attention to details. I would definitely recommend him to family, friends or anyone who is in need of stucco work.

Joe showed up on time. He explained that it was spray coat coming off of my home, not stucco. He informed me of a solution I could do myself if I chose. He also gave me a very good estimate if I preferred to have it repaired with stucco. It was clear to me that if I did choose to have stucco work, Joe would be the one I would hire. Great guy.

Joe was able to give me an estimate by sending him a picture of the work needed. Within a couple days of my call, he came out and blocked up the holes. His price was reasonable and the work looks great.
