Super helpful group! Wow. Went above and beyond to help me identify my leak and the under lying issue. Monkey Wrench replaced my tankless water heater. The water heater was faulty. Wes was on the phone with the manufacturer and had details worked out for a new water heater. Wes spent many hours diagnosing and replacing water heater. I was happy with the work done by Monkey Wrench and would much recommend

Wes with Monkey Wrench Plumbing was very personable and kind. The bid was atleast 20 -40% less than 2 other bids i got, and I like him the best too! I will be using him for my next project.

Had work done by them. Take pictures of the work being done. They did NOT pull permits though they told me and charged me for them and all the money for the work. Work was nothing amazing and now I had to wait two weeks for a work stop order because they did not do their jobs correctly. No answer when I reached out to them and no call back on our property. Let down huge by them and cost me a bunch more money because of them getting the job done fast and not right. Do not expect the LICENSED contractor to pull permits even though they should here on work being done, the work done is pretty obvious for a needed permit. The response they made reflects perfectly to doing INCORRECT work for a customer and being accountable.

I requested quotes from 4 places on Angie's List. Mike called me less than 60 seconds after I hit submit (only one other placed called me, and that was after Mike had already been to my house and done the work). He quoted me $389 to remove the old toilet and put in a new one, parts and labor included. I knew that toilets were $200-$300 for parts alone, so I was pleasantly surprised by this low number. He and another guy (I can't remember his name, sorry!) showed up the same day to do the work. They were friendly and professional, and were in and out in less than an hour. Fantastic work, done quickly and inexpensively.

Quick and easy. With photos, they were able to give me an estimate to the cost over the phone . Something no other company offered. Came when scheduled, done quickly and cleaned uo the tiny mess. Had a little snafu, which they quickly came back and fixed at no additional cost. Already thinking of hiring again for an install.
