I highly recommend Monmouth Computer Solutions for your computer issues. I was in the process of purchasing a new computer when my old computer started having issues and the operating system would not load. Joe quickly responded to my Angie's post. I ordered an new computer which arrived the day Joe was to pick up old computer so he was able to take both towers to retrieve information from my old tower so he could transfer all of my information to my new computer. Additionally I had an old tower running Windows 7 which he transferred all of that information to my workbook so I now have access to that information on my new computer. Joe spent a lot of time also setting up my printer and made it so easy for me to scan files to send in email. I really appreciate the fact that he wanted to make things simple for me. Joe also wiped my hard drives clean and disposed of my old towers.

Joe answered my request on homeadvisor promptly. He arrived on time. He spent time troubleshooting the problem with my televisions and solved all issues expediently, and professionally. Great value for all of the work he did. Excellent experience with Monmouth Computer Solutions. . i would highly recommend!

That included initiating contact with a software vender to update a valuable program Every step of the process Joe kept me up to date. I relied on his expertise and felt comfortable the entire time.

As a technology challenged senior citizen, I have had more than my fair share of computer problems. I was recently referred to Monmouth Computer Solutions and Joe set up a new computer for me and resolved several virus/spyware issues which were previously beyond my capability to deal with. Gone now is my anxiety when I encounter these situations, I just pick up the phone and call Joe. As an added benefit, the cost of Joe's services is very reasonable when compared to what I have paid companies in the past for resolving similar problems.
