The worker was very qualified and competant. He completed his work in a timely manner and was very polite. I was quite satisfied with my experience.

They made an appointment with me two days after I called them. We discussed the project and gave me a price. They finished the job the same week with a 10 year guarantee on the work. I was satisfied with their work and would call they again.

The first morning they showed up an 1 1/2 late without a call and sent someone who could not pour concrete. But who did cut the concrete out. The problem with that was it is only cut out about a 1/4 inch deep and I'm afraid that when they do fill that with concrete it will pop back out again. I tried calling the office and cannot get anyone to answer the phone. They were suppose to be back the next day at 6:30 AM, no one showed up or called all day. I called the office, left messages and no one called back and I could not get them to answer the phone when I called several times. I sent an email to the company email address advising them that I had put a stop payment on the 1/3rd down check and that I would pay them in full when and if the job was completed. They did not clean up the mess before they left the first day. I personally am very dissappointed in the way this company does business. I am now sitting with a garage that has grooves cut out of the floor and do not know if it's ok to drive my car into it. So far this has not gone as smooth as I think it should have.

They were promt and courteous, both on the phone and in person.

The work by Monocacy was completed today: 1. The work was on-time and to the specs set up. 2. The work was professionally done 3. I will use this company again if needed. I would surely recommend Monocacy if asked.

Monocacy Construction did an excellent job installing two sidewalks for us. The workers worked late into the evening to get the job done before the tropical storm rains were supposed to start. They cleaned up everything and the concrete walks appear to be done in a quality manner.

Priced fair. Friendly. Timely. Gave me some good suggestions. I got coloring in my patio concrete and didn't like it. Wasn't worth the extra cost but that had nothing to do with the service. However, I would recommend to customers to go visit someplace where they can really see what it will look like beforehand. My only other complaint was that during reconstruction of my retaining walls they left debris that blocked the way of my drains and we had a big rainstorm which resulted in mud backing up at my garage door and subsequently seeping under the door and covering the garage with a layer of mud. I lost a lot of things that had been stored in boxes and got wet and mildewy. On their behalf, they offered to come and clean it out but it has taken me over a month to slowly go through all my boxes and either rebox what I could or throw it away due to damage, so they couldn't really clean until I did that. I still have a layer of dry mud there now but have not asked them to return to help clean. They also tore up the yard a bit more than I thought was going to happen but.....

Sharon, the office manager was courteous and efficient. She is a gem. The gentlemen who did the work came on time, were professional and cleaned up after job completion. Overall, it was a great experience and I would use Monocacy Construction for future projects.

The brick retaining wall is very nice. They did not grade the yard very well and the price quoted was raised 300.00.

workers arrived promptly, cleanup was good and job was completed well. Only cmoplaint would be that price was high for ~ 2.5 hours of work

I would definately recommend Monocacy Construction! I had a tree root that was causing my sidewalk to raise up, so I called Monocacy, and they came out, gave me an estimate (which was much cheaper than I anticipated) and they got the job done first thing Monday! The guy was a great worker and made sure it was done right! Even my neighbors commented on how efficient he was. I will definately call them again if I need any more concrete work done.

Monocacy did a great job on my deck staining project .... a very large and challenging project...very pleased with their work.

They were very professional and did exactly what they said they would do. They were timely, under budget. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
