He installed a socket combined with my light switch. A few months later the socket has stopped working and I contact him about the problem. He made like he was coming to fix the socket but never showed up to fix it. This is a common thing with this guy he either shows up late or don't show up at all.

"Customer bought low quality materials to save money, despite Monolith Remodeling advising against it. Customer was informed that low quality materials would not last long term. We have previously refunded customer a portion of their bill and choose not to work with them any longer."

I hired leo to do a shower remodel and kitchen backsplash remodel. He have done such a sloppy and rushed jobs on the projects that he was hired to do that I would not recommend his service to anybody. He do not call to say if he is going to be running late, or he is not going to make it to the job at all. I had to call Angi a couple times to get this man to finish up the jobs that I paid and hired him to do. Make sure you watch him not walk out of your house with the material and tools that you purchased with your money, because he will take and keep the materials without asking. He washed the grout from the backsplash inside my brand new black kitchen sink without my permission, and now it has a white haze to it now. Here are some of the pictures of some of his sloppy work.

Leo was awesome! They paid close attention to details throughout the entire job. I absolutely loved that they cleaned up the worksite after each day. worked pretty fast too. I’ll use them for a number of different jobs. Leo also tries to give you the best price for the task. We were very pleased with their workmanship, prices and attitude. I highly recommend them.

Everything was great! They came out as scheduled and assembled a large, very complex play set. Easy to work with on site. Good communication before and during work. Fair price for work done. Would definitely hire again. Thank you!

I started off with a bathroom remodel that came out excellent. I than had a 4,000 SQ FT home exterior siding redone and the entire house repainted; Leo was able to save a home that had been neglected for the better part of 2 decades. I am now using Monolith for a new kitchen remodel. I recommend their services.

The job went very well. Leo arrived on time and started washing the entire two story bay window frame. He even cleaned the bricks below the window frame. Once done, Leo corked all around the window frame and applied two coats of paint and was careful of not putting paint on the surrounding bricks and window frame. Once completed, he made sure that we were completely satisfied prior to cleaning up the area.

Leo and Laura were very responsive and clearly communicated how they work. Leo replaced parts to the toilet and was able to diagnose the problem with the leaky dishwasher but wasn’t able to fix it because a special part was needed. Would definitely hire them again for handyman work.
Response from Monolith Remodeling LLC
"[Member Name Removed], thank you so much for leaving a positive review. Your B rating of our price for work is somewhat confusing since a written estimate was provided to you before the work was done, and we knocked $20 off of the original price since we could not fix your dishwasher right away. In any event, thank you for a mostly positive review."
