This company is great!!!!! He was responsive, on time, very kind and professional, clean, timely, and fast. It was also a peace of mind having my wife home alone and being able to trust someone so much. He put in a VERY quality water heater and was honest the whole time. He communicated great and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber!

Called me IMMEDIATELY which is the first thing that impressed me. Thoroughly explained the process and was hundreds less than the competition. The installation process was fast and efdicient!! In addition, installed a commercial grade water heater which will last for a long time. A++++

He was amazing & extremely patient with me. Hooked up my plumbing & explained everything. His pricing was fair & honest. I highly recommend him. I had a few estimates including his prior to choosing & I felt myself being taken advantage of with each, until Monroe’s. Monroe’s was the Only one that spoke of or suggested that a pump be added! He installed the pump & showed me how to do everything & said “if you get stuck just call me” Extremely satisfied & thankful.

Great experience. Duane is very knowledgeable. Was put in that same day, thank goodness!! He is very friendly and respectful and understood my frustration with it going out. Highly Recommended, easy and quick and Very affordable. 1/3 of other plumbing companies I called out. 5 stars
