Kane came out, looked at the job and gave a a fair estimate. I had gotten 3 other estimates but decided to go with Monster Plumbing because Kane explained all options and how each would affect me. Kane scheduled the repair, arrived on time, identified the source and fixed my gas leak that happened to be a corroded & busted gas pipe under my home's laundry room slab. Others companies wanted to charge much more to reroute my gas lines above ground but Kane with Monster Plumbing broke the concrete, found the problem and fixed it. This meant i didn't have to spend extra money on drywall repair that would be needed after a reroute. I highly recommend Monster Plumbing and I would differently hire them again!!!

Kane Williams came to our house and fixed the problem (leaky faucet in bathroom sink). He did an excellent job -- he came out the same day we called; arrived when he said he would; came in and did the repair job quickly and efficiently. Mr. Williams was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about plumbing (gave us some good advice on questions we had). We will definitely call on him in the future when needed for plumbing repairs.

The service was good. They accomplished the task the way I wanted it. The schedule wasn't able to be met because of some minor miscommunication but still I would recommend them to anyone.

Kane Williams arrived promptly, assessed the problem and got right to work replacing a portion of leaking pvc pipe at the water meter. He did a great job in a timely manner, and the price was fair. If I have any plumbing problems in the future, he will be my go to person .
