Booked online for 10% discount. Guy called of appt asking to move up by several hours. We moved it up 1 hour. Did walk through with tech, told me it would be $315 after walk through complete.(including 10% discount) I gave the 315+25 tip to wife as I had to leave. Returned several hours later. Tech told wife it was 327 vs 315 so she added another $10.00 to tip. Wife asked to see invoice, tech said he could not show her as his phone had no internet reception? I get email after job done showing actual bill was only $310! Tech adjusted his numbers and pocketed extra vs what I was initially quoted. If the job would have been quality we'd have let it slide but the carpets were not cleaned very good. Job seemed very rushed. LM with company prior to leaving this review in effort to allow them to correct. Never heard back. Seemed like a bate and switch, could have rented grocery store cleaner for 13 consecutive days and done a much better job ourselves.

Monster Steam has been my preferred and exclusive carpet cleaning service for ... five or more years. Why? Because they never sit on their laurels. They continue to do a superb job each and every time. Once again, the crew at Monster Steamer did terrific on our carpets. Angel was our lead technician. He and his parter arrived right on time and were ready to get to work. I mentioned the tenant had cats - Angel was prepared with a UV light to search for evidence of cat urine and vomit. He found more than I did with my lower powered UV light. Carpets were treated to help rid of he cat deposits and thoroughly cleaned. So yet again, another outstanding service by Monster Steamer. They keep my business by delivering outstanding service at a very fair price. Clearly, I highly recommend them for you and your carpet cleaning needs. Good Luck!

Monster Cleaners did an awesome job! They were punctual, polite and cleaned the carpets really well. They even removed deep stains. I will definitely hire them again.

The carpets looked nice but there were a couple of big dents in walls that I noticed after the workers left, thats why I gave them an overall C. Also, they didn't want to move any furniture and I felt that the charge for the stairs was excessive.

It did say on your description that we have completed the work on 6/23/2017 but we did not schedule any cleaning for you on this day. The last time we were at this address was last year 03/02/2016. The technicians did give a 10% discount on your cleaning which saved over $50. We strive on providing a great overall experience for our customers and so we would like to know if you can provide some suggestions on how we could of made your experience better or how can we earn your business again? Two people came on time and worked very hard to finish timely. They are one of the most professionals we've encountered and also very friendly. They did an excellent job and we thought the price was more than fair. They talk to us about what to use and what not to use to clean dirty spots on our bedroom carpets. I have never seen anyone work as hard. Erique did the most outstanding job ever, his pride in his work and wanting to please people was amazing. He called beforehand to say he was running a little late. He?s got terrific social skills, terrific ambition, and I received the greatest carpet cleaning job I?ve ever received. I would definitely recommend them and would encourage people ask for him. The price was a little higher than most places but you definitely get what you pay for.

I had Monster Steamer here last August to clean the carpeting (which is several years old) after I moved in. They did an excellent job then and just as wonderful today (June 16, 2015). My carpeting was in terrible shape after construction in the area had created a lot of dust and loose asphalt that came in on everyone's shoes. To make matters worse, my dog became ill and had several accidents in the hallway and bedrooms leaving pet stains. Ludo and his team steam cleaned my carpeting and now it looks new again. They are a very professional team and have good prices. They saved me from spending the money to replace my carpeting. I will definitely use them a third time. If they keep cleaning my carpet like this I won't have to replace it for years to come.
