Great, professional, on time. Cleaned up great!

The tree in the front yard of my house and some bushes on the side of my house needed to be trimmed. I was looking for a company that carries good insurance, that gives honest estimates, and that does good timely work. Monster Tree service is all these things and more. After my initial call with them, the owner of the company came out to my house himself and gave me an estimate as to how much the job would cost. He was personable, knowledgeable, and professional, and he gave me a very reasonable estimate. I immediately knew I wanted to hire them for the work. From the time that I scheduled to work to be done to when it was done, the process was seamless and went very smoothly. They did very professional, high quality work, and they did it for a very justifiable price. I cannot say enough about this company or the work they do. If you need trees trimmed, definitely use Monster Tree Service!

I had a fairly large walnut tree and a smaller elm come down in a storm. I reached out to a number of different tree companies and Monster was only one of Three that actually came out to even give an estimate. Another company asked for pictures to do their estimate off of and never contacted me back and another did respond to let me know they didn't service my area. So.. was happy that Monster sent an actual person out. While I had not idea of the cost, which is always more than you think it is going to be, I was ok with paying it since the Walnut tree was pretty big. On the day the crew came out they were great. They had both trees taken care of in no time. They even cut off a couple sections for a friend of mine who is doing wood work. I would recommend Monster Tree service to anyone and I'm actually planning to use them again this winter to clear some dead wood out.

These folks were incredible as well as knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented. A Bradford Pear tree split and fell across the front of my house in the early morning hours of a Tuesday before a 4-day weekend. Office Manager, Jamie, contacted me by the next day and we reluctantly agreed upon an appointment for the following Tuesday to assess the project. I sent Jamie some pictures and thought my next contact with MTS would be at our scheduled appointment. I left to run some errands. When I got home, I had an email and a contract from Jamie. The contract detailed the scope of the project plus the cost of each item in the project. In addition, there was a phone message from Shane advising that Jamie had reserved a slot for me for that Friday morning (before the 4 day weekend) if I wanted to go through with the project. WOW! And I wasn't even a client yet! Chris and crew arrived promptly that Friday morning. Chris estimated how long it would take to remove that 30 year old tree and grind the stump, plus reshape the Crepe Myrtle that got crunched beneath the tree. Except for a small rain delay, they came in right on schedule and hauled away all the debris. This team truly knew what it was doing and watching them work was like watching a well choreographed ballet. They were that good! I will definitely hire Monster Tree Service again and have already recommended them to others, including my insurance carrier. And, by the way, their cost was very reasonable.

Shane came out the day after my call, walked my yard and gave me an estimate on the work I requested plus a recommendation on future pruning work. I had specifically asked to have two small trees removed and for help ensuring two specimen Live Oak trees were well cared for. At that time he provided a written estimate in line with my expectations and suggested that the pruning of the Live Oaks could wait for a year or two. He was not pushing any particular specials or trying to get me to spend more than necessary. He was able to provide references and full insurance documentation without a problem. I scheduled the work, and they were able to get me on the schedule within a week or so. All work was completed by professionals that, upon completion, cleaned-up so well that you couldn't tell the trees had been removed. The excess dirt and mulch around the base of the specimen Live Oaks was pulled away from the trunk and smoothed into the existing beds for a seamless look and healthier trees. From start to finish a truly professional operation and a pleasure to work with on this project.

We have used Monster Tree service multiple times over several years and each time they have provided excellent service and good value. We get to consult with the arborist separately before work is done and chose the work we want done at each visit. The root fertilization of our larger oaks has really made them much more full than they were originally as well. Overall a good experience and I look forward to using them for items in the future.

I was able to get a bid for the removal of 3 trees & 2 trees dead limbs trimmed off on the same day I called. The wait time for the work to be performed was less than a week. I had two trees that were lifting up out of the ground leaning toward my neighbor. There were large limbs on the neighbors side. The workers were so professional & tied ropes around those limbs. They were able to make everyone of those limbs fall on my side. It was amazing to watch. The clean up of all branches was excellent. They moved all the pots and yard art out of the work area & put it back where I wanted. The tree stumps were ground down & the chips raked up. The whole process was professionally done and I recommend their services for a job well done.

They did an awesome job. On time, cleaned up so well that one would not know that work was done in the front yard. One area they can do better is to respond faster - I had indicated that I wanted some work done in my back yard as well. Chris who was there told me that he would inform RIchard who was to come back and give me an estimate. I sent Richard a txt the next day but never heard back from him.

If I could give them higher than an "A" I would! This is the second time we've used Monster Tree. They return your call promptly, are reliable, quick and reasonably priced for what they do. They're also friendly :-) They said they were about 2-3 weeks out in the scheduling, yet they squeezed me in 2 days after I called them. I would highly recommend them!

Absolutely perfect. On time, polite and professional. They worked non stop for eight hours. Will have them out again this year for more pruning.

Too bad there isn't an A+ rating. Fast, efficient, neat, professional. All equipment looked new(ish). The guys (4-5) were great! Dale and Brandon are building quite a company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
