BEAUTIFUL WORKMANSHIP!! I had several contractors tell me these 100 year old wood floors could not be restored, and the only option would be to cover them up, which would have cost thousands more. In two and a half days Javier, and his crew completely restored the hardwood floors in 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room and den. They look brand new and I could not be happier. Javier, I'm looking forward to the new kitchen and laundry room flooring when you're available!

Javier was a life saver!!! Called him panicked as I attempted to lay flooring in a bedroom with only 2 days before new furniture is to be delivered. Realized the first day of laying flooring that I was not gonna be able to complete before furniture delivery. Went on Angie requesting help installing my flooring. Javier answered my request and came the next morning and had the flooring and base boards installed in 1 1/2 hours. Looks beautiful. Javier came with a smile, so nice and I cannot thank him and is cohort enough for bailing me out.

The floor look great! the floors look like new. The work was done very quickly, I was even surprised how fast the work got done. They even fixed a broken molding for free! I would definitely recommend Harwood flooring for your next project.

We had vinyl flooring installed throughout our house. The crew removed the old carpet, baseboards and some tile. They installed new baseboard and flooring. Javier's crew did a FANTASTIC JOB! The price was very reasonable, and it was easy to communicate with Javier. We were told what time the crew would arrive and how long it would take to complete the work. After the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up and didn't leave a mess on the floor. they are very friendly and nice. They installed flooring in another house that we had and because they do GREAT work we had them do our house. I HIGHLY recommend Monteros Hardwood Flooring.
