I was told that the rep could do this project of installing a vent hood to an exterior wall, however, close to being finished, he let it be known that it was his first time. I was really disappointed in the quality of the workmanship, and I continue to have sawdust falling when the vent is turned on. Not a very happy customer. I do have to say that he was very polite.
