I reached Bill on my first call and described the problem (water pump) and he gave me an phone estimate. It was 30% lower than another bid I received from one of Angie's "A" list appliance repair firms who had charged me $160 to just look at it and make a repair bid. I decided to give that firm the job, but they never returned although the receptionist said the owner would call me back, but for 2 days he never called me back, so I called Moonlighting Appliance Repair. When Bill came and confirmed his price, I gave him 50% deposit so he could order the parts and he in stalled it 4 days later. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him for price and service. <br /> Howard Miller <br />

Overall, I thought this guy that runs it was fantastic, professional, knew exactly what to do. I had a great experience with them. At the end of the service work, I had overpaid by about 88 dollars and he had no way on site to reimburse me. A few days later a check showed up in my house. I just thought he was real good honorable guy. Another thing that I like was he ordered about 50 dollars worth of parts that once he got into the work were not needed and rather than charging me those 50 bucks, he reimbursed me saying that he ordered those. So, it was just a really good experience.
