Chris was a total pro and absolute delight! He was prompt, honest, and reliable. All things you look for in a repair man! After he diagnosed that it was the computer mechanism that shut down on our washing machine, he was able to remove the non-functioning washing machine & get us a new (used) one - a better one than we had - at a really fair price.
