We've used Moonlight 3 times for rug cleaning. Nothing but great service at a very reasonable price. Originally, we got to Shawn and Moonlight when they were located in Santa Monica. Since our first cleaning, they have moved to Woodland Hills - but no matter since they always pick up and return the rugs after cleaning at no additional charge. The last cleaning also required some edge repairs where the dogs got to the rug. You can barely tell anything was wrong. The rugs were always returned wrapped in heavy plastic for protection, and they always looked, felt and smelled clean on return. Wouldn't hesitate to use Moonlight again.
