Moonlight Tree Service

I hired Moonlight for a backyard renovation. Originally, I'd contacted them only for a tree removal and they asked to bid on the whole project and said total job would be about 10 days to complete. 112 days later, the project is finally complete, but not without issue. Aside from multiple things wrong (pergola not placed correctly, as an example), my primary issue is the way we were treated throughout. Not once did I receive a proactive communication on when work would be done, and even when I asked, I received responses like "we will get it done" and "he will get there when he gets there" and sometimes had to wait a week for those responses. This is the most unprofessional and uncommunicative owner I've ever worked with. On the positive side, his workers were pleasant and Omar at Quality Concrete who was the subcontractor for the patio was awesome!

It went very well, it was a very good service.

It was fantastic, they did a magnificent job. They came on site, gave us an estimate that was affordable, they brought their crew of 3 men for 2 days, did exactly what they're supposed to do, and made sure I'm satisfied with the service.

The Moonlight crew did a fantastic job trimming back trees safely in a difficult area near power lines. They also did a beautiful installation of river rock and landscaping in a good section of my yard.

Moonlight Lawn and Landscaping was punctual each morning and would go directly to work. They had the fences on both properties removed quickly, metal posts installed and new cedar boards up and ready for my my little pups to enjoy! They even removed a couple of tree branches that were in the way. I will definitely hire this company again and highly recommend them. THANK YOU MOONLIGHT!

Bought a $50 Groupon to have my yard aerated and he cashed the Groupon and never showed up and won't return my phone calls. I'm calling the Better Business Bureau and Sedgwick County District Attorney's Consumer Fraud.

This guy is mean, hateful and I received the worst customer service I have ever experienced from this company. I just can't believe he is still in business! <br />

They have extremely reasonable prices. He is very thorough and very particular. He is doing a really great job!
