Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System Installation
I contacted Moore Irrigation to fix a broken Master Valve. Their tech, Byron, arrived on Wednesday to fix the master valve issue. Unfortunately, he did not perform the work properly, which caused the backyard sprinkler system to stop working. After getting the run around day after day for a week, and Moore Irrigation cancelling the appointment repeatedly, I had to hire another company to fix their mistake. When I called Moore to resolve the issue, Tyler, at Moore Irrigation, acted flippant and said "mistakes happen", cursed at me, and hung up on me. Avoid this company, customers deserve far better service than Moore Irrigation.

"Mr. Johnson, when you first called you asked for an estimate to replace a short master valve solenoid. I gave a verbal estimate for the repair described. Bairon showed up on Wednesday repaired the solenoid and moved a head for the front controller. We did not check the back controller nor was it mentioned when the estimate was given. A few days after we were there you called and said the back controller now isn't working (blaming Bairon for a controller he wasn't approved to run through). I put you on the soonest available time slot on Monday. Our service techs truck broke down Monday and wasn't repaired until Tuesday afternoon. I scheduled you for the soonest time slot Wednesday afternoon. You called me Wednesday morning and said to take it off the schedule because you called another company and they made the repair before we could get there. The company you hired violated state and local code by bypassing your master valve to work. We had a calm conversation up until you mentioned not paying the invoice. I told you the work was billable for what we've done and at that point is where YOU raised your voice and immediately started yelling about taking us to court. At that point i hung up the phone with you. Nobody cursed at you. Brad Moore has since called you and told you to go ahead and not pay your invoice. We dont want you as a customer."

More reasonably priced than competitors. Hourly prices plus materials. Finished the repair project in less than one hour. They are competent, quick and fair. The cost was less than half what others wanted.

Brad & his team did a phenomenal job installing my irrigation system. I am so pleased with the work. They were very efficient & professional from start to finish. I had bids from other companies but theirs was very reasonable, and they came highly recommended from a neighbor. It was a no brainer to use them, and I'm so glad I did.

They called me to see if they could come out 4 days before our set appointment, coming out early worked out a lot better for me.They were called out to fix a broke wire. Their repairman, Robert, came out and looked at my system very quickly with me. He found out that my problem wasn't a broken wire but a bad part sold to me by another vendor. He repaired the problem very quickly. I was charged the min. service call.

This company is awesome! Responsive, professional and very good product. We had a few issues with the new system but Brad and his office man Mario were always on top of the service. My calls were always returned promptly, they called me to let me know when they would arrive and followed up on all questions. This is the way a service company is suppose to be - excellent job. We had a difficult install in a very rocky area but they handled it with no problem. Thanks Brad and Mario, great job! <br>

Robert came out and repaired our sprinkler system. I was not sure he would be able to, as the system was old and had not run in probably 10 years. Robert recognized the system immediately and was able to trouble shoot all the issues with the system. I was initially concerned what the final bill would be, as he charges an hourly rate. He had to leave briefly for a part, but did not count this into the time we were charged. He worked efficiently and was able to complete the entire job the same day. The project came in under budget. Robert communicated with us well throughout the project. This was particularly important because there were many issues that needed to be addressed and fixed. There were wiring issues with the system, the master board did not work, various components of the sprinkler heads were broken, and there was even a leak at part of the system. Robert systematically worked through each issue. We are very pleased with the entire experience! Robert took the time to show my husband how to program the new control panel and trouble shoot in the future. <br />

The service tech who arrived (missed his name, sorry) performed exactly what I asked very quickly and efficiently. It was a simple job for him, and he was in and out very quickly. When the pool is complete, I will have Moore out again to resolve how we want to move forward or re-doing the layout in the back yard. <br />

"[Removed member name] was part of the Angie's List Big Deal program. We had no complaints from her . Our service tech remembers her because she has the same first name as his mother. He said she was very nice. He ran through her system as defined by the Angie's List Big Deal noted some nozzles that needed to be changed out and did so. Went over everything he did to her system with her. Her final bill from us (besides the pre paid special amount $49.00) was $5.20 . So this negative re view is a complete mystery to us. [Removed member name] graded us a C on price, and D on quality. $5.20 would of gotten a A grade from anyone else. We have reached out to this customer to find out how we failed her and to offer to correct what ever problem she thinks we missed or caused. So far no response."
