<p>Mr. Moorer found several parts that needed to be replaced in both units, and I was happy to pay for parts and labor to the tune of $1300 rather than buy an entire new unit. I was very pleased with Mr. Moorer's knowledge, work ethic, and professionalism. I have also placed my units on the annual maintenance program that they offer.</p> <br />

Very quick to respond. They gave me a time that they would be at my house and they called to let me know they were running behind by 30 mins. At the 30 minute mark they were at my house. Very professional. <br />
