The first week was great. They showed up on Thursday and did a great job. He told us Thursdays was our day for mowing. This past Thursday, he didn't show and didn't call. He called us Friday and told us his partner convinced him that they needed to build a retaining wall instead of honoring his commitment to his customers. He then said he would be here in a day or two to mow. Well...as usual, no show...no call. We called him this evening and told him he was fired.
