Excellent service. I needed large trees removed from around my pool cage before the trees damaged my screen and roof. They were very prompt in helping me with this issue.

I thought they did a great job. They came out for a quote quickly and I was able to book the date within a week's time. I got several quotes and they were very reasonable in comparison. Three men came out and had it all done in no time. Everyone I had contact with were very nice and helpful. I would definitely hire them again.

Right from the start when Jessy ( who was very knowledgeable) came to give an estimate to Phillip who came with his crew it was a great experience, they did a fantastic job, after one and a half days taking down this large oak they did a fantastic clean up, a great crew and dealing with Kasandra and Phillip was a pleasure, I will definitely use this very professional team again.Having just retired from my own construction business and moved to Florida I have experienced many so called A rated business on Angies list that don't call back, don't show up etc. Moore & Smith is truly deserving of a top rating

Came onsite for a quote and required a signed contract and deposit. The quote for $2k to trim oak, bottle brush maintained as shrubs, 3 ligustrum trees (10ft), elm, 3 crape myrtles, and olive tree. We were told it would require 6 hours for a full team. We were fine with the quote and signed the contract. They arrived late to the scheduled time with 4 workers and supervisor. I noticed that the supervisor and then workers were migrating to the neighbors house. So throughout the duration of the job 2-3 of the crew (we hired) were working on the neighbors home. At one point in my backyard there was 1 crew member on a 10" ladder by himself and everyone else next door. At the neighbors house they trimmed 1 oak 5 palm trees, and all the shrubs on the front and one side of the home. The neighbors charge was $300 which required half to 75% of the crew we hired. They did spend 6 hours here but they would have been done in < 4 hours with the complete crew working here. They also completely hacked the crape myrtles which they said they would not. The owner was totally not professional when we tried to address the differential in cost between what we paid vs. the neighbor and the total use of the crew we hired and paid for. He saw no problem sending his workers over to do another job while doing ours (we did). On another rating site I noticed the vendor would not go out and do a job <$350. I would never use this company again

Kasandra’s visit to give a quote was professionally handled. My neighbor and I split the cost to remove the three trees and Kasandra was very patient with the length of time it took us to decide which tree company to use. Phillip and his crew were friendly and professional for the three and a half days it took them to remove the large trees. They used a bucket truck to speed up the job and were very careful to lower the tree limbs without damaging either house.

They came out promptly and trimmed the trees on our rental property. Good communication since we were not able to be there at the time it was completed. Would definitely hire again!

Helped us get the ball rolling. Got an estimate the next day! Kept in contact with me untill the job was done and made us feel like family. Great job!

The crew did a great job (this was a big job) they were professional, friendly and concerned if I was satisfied.  When they were done, the clean up they did was awesome, my yard looked better than it did before they did the job.  I will definitely call them again. <br />

Very dishonest people.  Don't fall for their supposed charm and gift of gab.  They lie and tell you one thing and then do another.  I have told everyone, DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE. <br />

They did an estimate within 24 hours of me calling.  They did the work within two days of me saying yes.  They did a walk through before the job, and a walk through afterwards to ensure that I was happy.  They will not take money until you are happy.  I found that very re assuring. <br />
