In November of 2021, Moores Pressure Washing and Construction, R. Moore, was hired to remove flaking, peeling paint from our concrete porch, prep the surface for repair, apply concrete epoxy and re-seal. Two months later, his work began to fail. He promised us he would come back and re-do the work. He returned without notice to us, however, he simply added an additional coat to the surface without prepping the surface. We would not have agreed to just adding an additional coat as a solution as it is only a temporary bandaid. The surface continues to flake and bubble up due to improper prep. To be fair, we have asked him for a partial refund since we have an incomplete job. As of this review, 6/22/22, he has become unresponsive and invisible. We have received no partial refund. It is unfortunate that he has chosen to not make this right. Do not recommend this company.
