One or two team members will show up at your home, office, apt. or rental property with cleaning supplies and equipment in hand. We do thorough cleaning from top to bottom which includes ceiling fans, baseboards and blinds (depending upon condition).

I got the deal for a 1500 square foot house cleaning. My house is actually about 2000 but Mark worked to get the worst areas of my home to sparkle. Mark and his co-worker concentrated their efforts on my three bath rooms, specifically my master bath shower. The shower looks fantastic now and the rest of the bathrooms are perfect. They dusted and removed spider webs I had not noticed. My kitchen looks great now. I plan on having them back to work on the other areas of my home that were less in need of their magic touch. In short they are very professional and had excellent communication with me on all levels.

Joanie arranged for a consultation to review the services I wanted to get. This was scheduled in advance and she arrived on time. We agreed on services, a date/time that they would be performed, and a hourly rate she would charge. There was a lot to do and it took 17.5 person-hours to complete the job. The result is amazing -- clean windows, stove, bookshelves, counter tops, and bathrooms. What a great service from a licensed provider that was easy to schedule and exceeded my expectations. Just hire Joanie!

The team was punctual, friendly, and professional. Joanie was very accommodating and was willing to work with me to send a team without a pre-visit, since I was trying to surprise my parents with a clean house. The two cleaners worked diligently and accomplished more than I would have thought possible in a 4 hour block. This was a tough job; we were particularly impressed by how clean they managed to get a really scummy shower and some light fixtures with 20 years of dust on them.

Trash full, not taken out, couch cushions (3 couches) did not appear touched even though cleaning under cushions, fluffing cushions was part of "deep cleaning". Cushions out of place were the same way I left them. 3 hours , 2 people to clean 2 bedroom 2 bath 2000 sq ft house house of which 2 rooms I asked not be included ( so 1600 sq ft) . Guest room (the second bedroom) is small, was clean, just needed dusting. House was already pretty clean, sparse decorations to start with just needed that extra spring cleaning done. Whatever was sprayed on stainless steel appliances left the wood floor slippery. It took me while to actually take in what was done not done. I wanted to think it was great but to be honest it was not. Not impressed and would not recommend.

In order to get the requested work done, my gals stayed over the allotted time since we weren't able to get a hold of you by phone. Each house is cleaned based on whether the house has been maintained on a regular basis or needs a deeper cleaning . Since we provide top to bottom cleaning, it takes us longer in order to do a thorough job. I would be happy to discount another clean by $30. Let me know if that would work. We purchased a deal on Angie's List. The owner was very accommodating with scheduling. Cleaning was detailed and they do not use strong chemicals. The women were very pleasant to work with and thoroughly communicated throughout to make sure they addressed our priorities. We do intend to use them again.

The gals did a great job cleaning our house; they were very detail oriented and thorough. Unfortunately, the cost was out of our price range and we couldn't continue. Highly recommended.

I told the two women that I just wanted floors cleaned, dusting, bathroom and kitchen cleaned. They also cleaned vigas of cobwebs, window blinds, bathroom exhaust vent and worked on bathtub tiles. There's a lot of rough wood (door, window frames, doors ) that they dusted. It seemed they worked hard the entire 2 hours, but as 2 hour window approached, they obviously weren't going to finish, so I asked for additional hour @$70. They were friendly, professional.

First, I had to contact the vendor when they did not follow up to make an appointment. Once scheduled, the time was changed due to weather. We contracted for 4 hours of cleaning and I got 2 hours of 2 cleaners, concentration on 1 and 1/2 bathrooms and a small galley kitchen cleanup. One cleaner concentrated on the bathrooms and took two hours - very happy with the bathroom cleaning, left my bathrooms sparkling. The 2nd cleaner took the kitchen and literally cleaned the kitchen for 2 hours: slow and no real effort made. I had to watch this cleaner and I kept asking for what I would call routine cleaning. Wipe everything down, wash the floor, wipe refrigerator down, wipe stove and range down. Not a two hour job to this customer. I had to ask to please vacuum the living room space and wash the kitchen floor before leaving. The price was good for a sale price advertised, but I have hired more efficient house cleaning teams in the past.

On 12.28.16 at 1:16 pm., I left a voice message on your cell phone after first calling your home number and the gentleman who answered gave me your cell number. The voice message I left on your cell phone was requesting to schedule the big deal for 1.5.17. We finally connected on 1.5.17 at 10:00 a.m. As you can see, the attempts to connect on my part were made several times. Our cleaning company is a more top to bottom, detailed oriented cleaning company which takes us more time to provide quality service. The big deal was to provide 2 hours of cleaning in your home, which my gals carried out. Depending on the size and whether or not the home has been maintained on a regular basis, determines how much cleaning can be done in that purchased time. We thank you for having us in your home!"

We had wood floors refinished. There was dust everywhere & I mean everywhere! Owner Joanie Creer & Shannon arrived on time & well prepared. We paid a little extra because it was sat-not their usual work day. It was worth every penny. Joanie was responsive & took on the job on short notice. They stayed until the job was done & worked their butts off-all with a positive attitude. Absolutely!

It went fairly well. Only issue I had was the bottom half of the stairway was not cleaned while the top portion was. And that is because the cleaners had scheduled another cleaning and were out of time to perform--what I estimate--would have been ten minutes more work. Not my idea of good customer service.

When Joanie saw the grease under the stove hood, she went out and purchased a new tool that she said would do the trick. Under the hood was not only de-greased, but it looked brand new. The areas cleaned were spotless! 2 women came to clean for about 4 hours. They are meticulous in their cleaning and I only wish I had their patience so I could be willing to clean the way they do! They were pet friendly (2 cats) and the cats were not at all disturbed by the cleaning.

I've lived in many large cities throughout the country and have had several different large and small cleaning services clean my home so I have lots to compare with this cleaning company. I've had the very worst where half way through the cleaning service I had to ask the cleaner to leave my house and never come back, to the very best where I could leave my key with them and not worry about anything being broken or missing. Since we are new to Albuquerque, the Big Deal seemed to be a good way to evaluate this cleaning service for quality and promptness. The cleaners and Joanie (the owner) arrived on time. I showed them the 2 bathrooms I wanted deep cleaned and the kitchen in case they had time to do the floors. Since it was a Big Deal the time allotted was 2 hours with 2 cleaners. They both went to work immediately with no problems. They are very thorough and cleaned some hard water issues without me even having to ask. I was impressed with how efficient they worked without sacrificing quality. The bathrooms look amazing and they even did the kitchen floor and the top of the stove. The cleaners were personable without wasting time talking to me or to each other. They gave a full 2 hours of work without issue. I would happily recommend this cleaning service to anyone. If you're thinking about doing their Big Deal, do it. If you're looking for continuing service, don't hesitate.
