Air Ducts & Vents - Clean
I had 2 appointments with them for an estimate for additional work - they failed to show up for both. Very unprofessional. During the cleaning of the air ducts we discovered two articles of clothing in the closet where they were working, damaged by some chemical they used to remove mold stain.

It was easy to schedule service. The lady on the phone was friendly and knowledgeable about company policies. The housekeepers were friendly and cleaned thoroughly. They were careful with my things and didnâ t drop or break anything. My little things might not look like much but theyâ re precious to me. I appreciate that they were very careful.

We had Morenos come out a few times, weekly. I let them know that I had broken my foot and would need full house cleaning, decluttering dishes, and laundry for several weeks. They quoted me a very reasonable price, however, after three weeks the company changed their crew. The new crew was much slower, taking double the time. No problem for me, I understand new staff is often not as efficient. However, the new staff decided to take photos and videos of my home without my knowledge or permission, they sent these photos to their supervisors, I am assuming as reasons why they were taking too long at my home. The next week two large men I had never met came to my home and basically told me my home was too dirty, showing me the videos the staff had taken. They demanded we pay more, were very intimidating and unprofessional. I immediately canceled their service. The following week they showed up anyway and I had to send them away. Terrible customer service and communication. Would not recommend.

"Hi Marty Thank you for your reply how ever , I was the person that my cleaning staff send the photos . one of the reason is because your home was not maintain as per our first conversation after the deep cleaning, aim sorry to see you had issues with my staff on taking photos but if you read the first invoice you will see we state we take pictures of the before and after for our clients to see we have done our job as well for your protection to insure our job is done and your cover if you need any proof of cleaning items,Know with me been intimidating and demanding more pay (all I said was if you can not maintain your home clean for your regular visits that every time we would charge you extra for the deep cleaning every time my staff see your home in the condition that it was every time they visit your place we have two cleaning STANDER and DEEP Cleaning and your home was alway a DEEP cleaning conditions.Sorry but all of our client knows the difference between the 2 cleaning. Carpets or Rugs - Clean at Home
Did not get what we paid for they damaged our carpets and did not clean them at all. It seemed as though they did not know carpet cleaning inexperienced in my opinion. Had to hire another carpet cleaner to get the job done .

One Time Interior House Cleaning
