Mr. Morgan showed up and used tools to narrow where the leak was. As a first time home owner, and first time having plumbing issues. He took the time to explain the processes to fix the leak, and answer all my questions. He showed up on time to complete the project.

This expert could not find the leak, pointed to mutiple dry holes within 2 visits and 4 hours searching total, he next wanted to tear out sheet rock, etc and or drill more dry holes. Our second hire found the leak in an hour to within an inch of the leaking pipe hole; 30" away from Morgan's forecast leak spot. Morgan's mistake very expensive when tearing multiple large holes in wood floor only to find dry holes, it meant we had to replace not repair the wood flooring. The only reason I don't rank as an F is because he offered to refund my money.

I was notified by the water company of higher usage than normal, and I was afraid I had a slab leak. I called my plumber, who referred me to two leak detection services, neither of whom were able to get to my leak anytime soon. I used Angie’s List to find Mr. Morgan and he came the very next day. As it happened, the leak was in a water purification system and was not as major as I thought it would be. Mr. Morgan fixed the leak quickly and I thought the charge was very reasonable. I would definitely use him again.

Everything went perfectly. Cliff called me within 2 days and set up a time to come out. He called a half hour before our appointment to let me know he was on his way. He showed up on time and got to work. He politely and patiently indulged me with all the questions I had for him and talked me through what we were looking at as I stood over his shoulder as he scoped the sewer line. He even moved the camera to a second clean-out and scoped the other side of the house. He summed up what he saw, and gave me his opinion and possible future scenarios based on the condition of my sewer lines. He even cleaned out another line for me while he was there that was not part of the original work order. Cliff / Morgan Leak Detection was great to do business with. Professional, affordable, knowledgeable, helpful and honest!

Cliff came out on Saturday morning to give us an estimate. He returned on Monday, located the leak under our den floor, made one hole through the slab, repaired the leak and patched to slab by late afternoon the same day. He had the right equipment, he worked very efficiently and he charged us what he said it would cost. We were very pleased with his service and would use him again.

I had a good experience with them. The shut-off valve drove the cost up. It probably ended up being about $500 but I added a shut-off valve that was not part of the problem. He was friendly and honest, I believe. I think the cost was fair. It was a fair amount of money but it was a lot of work too.

I was expecting and prepared to have to tunnel or break concrete, but Morgan Leak Detection came in, located the leak and was able to bypass the bad line and reroute it with only a few simple to patch holes in the drywall. They were able to get a repair I expected to cost $7000 down to $2000. They are definitely not the cheapest guys in town if compared task for task, but they close the gap in service, honesty, and efficiency. I wanted a specialist for my problem and I was willing to pay to get the best. They delivered and I believe saved me a great deal of money in the long run. I had a friend with a similar problem a few weeks ago who got a huge quote from another plumber. I told her to give Morgan a call. Again, they found the leak and were able to perform a reroute that saved her money over the tunneling proposed by the other guy and Morgan was able to get to the job sooner to boot. This is definitely one of those cases of you getting what you pay for. They are a highly skilled company, do quality work, and won't try to jerk you around for more costly or complicated solutions. If you want it fixed right the first time, give them a call.

Job well done and same day service too. Cliff not only cleared the sewer line of invading tree roots, but found a break in a connecting line coming from the Utility Room. Gave me an estimate of $2500 to repair which is line with the cost of another plumbing company that was used by my insurance company to repair a previous leak under the slab in that room. A very fair, skilled and honest man. Highly recommend!

He confirmed there was a small leak but could not locate it exactly to be certain where to do the repair, because we were having roofing and remodeling done that echoed in the slab, so it was too noisy to hear properly with his listening equipment. The leak was small and not inside the house so we agreed to call him back at no extra detection cost when the other work was finished and he could hear. But in the meantime the tile company found the leak when they tore out the old tile and could see and hear it, so their plumber fixed it the cheap way by going through the slab since the floor was already out. I will be glad to call Mr. Morgan again if we have any more leaks. He is always prompt and capable and does no damage to our home.

Cliff is highly skilled and professional. He cleaned up the repair area nicely while finished. I believe he is a 1-man show and is in high demand so it may be tough to schedule him at times.

He fixed it. I really like the guy and he did a good job. It was very expensive and I still needed to have more plumbing done underneath the house under the foundation. I paid to have them verify that there was a leak, that was my first thing. Then they came out found the leak. I really like the man and everything. I like the workers. They were very nice people but I still needed to have more work done, he didn't find all the leaks. He was much more expensive.

The problem was diagnosed quickly. He identified where the leak was and told us about options to fix it. He also let us know that it could be more complicated (and thus cost more) if the line was broken in a slab beam. We scheduled a follow up to have it repaired and he was on time and did a great job. It turned out to be in the beam so he had to cut two holes and reroute the line. He informed us of this before he started the second hole and also outlined the extra cost. He drilled the holes, fixed the leak, refilled them with concrete and the next day we rolled the carpet back over them. We were very happy with the results.

He responded to call for help within 2 hours and came to look at the problem about 3 hours later. Very good response. He scheduled the repair. He showed up on time, worked hard to reroute the pipe so we wouldn't have to break the slab and finished the job in about 5 hours. Quick work. He then got us a new faucet that matched our request exactly and installed it. Also quick work. He was courteous and friendly at all times. He cleaned up after the job was finished and left satisfied customers.

It went great. We had a leak of unknown origin and had to shut the water off at the curd. Found Cliff Morgan hear on Angie's list and gave him a call. He graciously Made time to come by that same day for an initial look, and then returned the next morning to find it. It turn out it was in the sprinkler system.
