"Our company installed only a week and a half outside of time frame discussed, when we were setting delivery of windows there was not a place in your garage and we delivered windows on a Thursday with you saying you were comfortable with the being set in front of garage. Our windows were delivered at 8:30 in the morning and 3 were stolen by 10am. It is common practice to deliver without placing in a garage, we re-ordered at our cost and had windows installed as soon as they came in. Our installers were there before 9am and finished by 6pm. All work completed was quality work and the windows with wraps look great. We apologize for any inconvenience, we strive for excellence. Thank you, Melissa"

"We apologize for the inconvenience of the time it took to complete your windows, the windows that we're in you home had been nailed in many places as well as screwed in each window took twice as long to get out. We had rain that delayed our finish on the job before yours. It is good practice to finish the job your on before starting another job. Our crew had only 2 guys for 2 1/2 weeks due to 1 of installers having a mom in Indiana that had heart surgery. We did our best with our cicumtances and our installers 90% of the time start at 8:30 in the morning. I did respond to calls and text messages, all build out were completed while you were out of town and job was completed the Saturday we had dicussed. Again we apologize for time inconvenience the job was a harder job than antisipated."
"We apologize for the 1st installation date not working out, when we scheduled installation the crew had 3 windows to install at another home and your 5 windows at your home. We had discussed your installation was not the only one scheduled prior to setting the date. We would have installed your windows 1st had we known you had a Wedding to be at. Our crew was on the way back from Home Depot and you cancelled our installation for that day. We scheduled for the following Saturday to accommodate work schedule, they were there at 8:00 and worked to completion. We spoke on the phone prior to scheduling, I did return phone calls and installation was around 6 weeks as discussed in our original meeting for measuring windows. "We apologize for some lapse communication , the weather did effect us getting to our customers as quickly and it made it difficult to know how we were going to get you scheduled , however we did discuss at time of our 1st meeting that it could be 6 weeks and if it rained that would effect our scheduled installs. It is not our practice to hire random crews to do our work we want insure the work being completed is great quality work. We did not anticipate there being as long of a delay in scheduling your project. I was not anticipating pulling off the tools from the previous job the morning of your installation but they it rained them out the day prior to your installation. We do commonly start between 8 and 9am and it is not common for us to be as late starting when our customer expects us earlier. The mortar having to be done was not expected and we got someone out as quickly as possible. It is our goal to do a great job every time sometimes things don't go as well as we hoped for but we do try to make sure that we take care of all of our customers. Thank you, Melissa"
