Overall, well. Osceola County permit is $200 in addition to $4100 for equipment and installation using existing line set. Central office coordination could see some improvement (permit inspection, appointment times, technician delays, etc.). No complaints with end result; all good.

Our first encounter with this company had a little blip in appointment punctuality. But after letting them know our expectations and their manager assuring us of their commitment to service, we decided to give them a try. We are glad we did. The installer/technician who came out to do the work, Jonathan, was extremely pleasant and professional. He was punctual, polite and we could easily tell he knew exactly what he was doing. He made us feel very comfortable in his abilities and with the company as a whole. We will be using them in the future. .

The service was excellent. The gentleman come 20 mins early and was very professional. I was a little nervous about the repairs and the cost. After a few minutes the technician explained the problem and gave me a quote for the work. The problem wasn't as big as I thought and within a couple minutes my A/C was working again. Fast, cheap, accurate....worked out great!!

Excellent. Patrick was knowledgeable and answered all questions. All people involved were polite, respectful, prompt and on time, and highly skilled at their duties. The Morris Refrigeration Team was excellent. They came out and gave me a free estimate and I approved the job right away. Their crew showed up at my house the next day on time and where very courteous. They did their job promptly and cleaned up after they were done. They also took the time to explain how to use the new thermostat and made sure that my home was warm before they left. They also explained the warranty and maintenance agreement to me. I must say they were very helpful and informative. I will recommend this company any day of the week. <br />
