Took about 1 hour. Also provided information and forms to get a nice rebate from OG&E. The crew was courteous and professional.

We had two companies come out and give us estimates for the job. Morrow was nearly half as much. They always called us back promptly, scheduling was a breeze, and they arrived on time and got the job done.
I also liked that they helped walk us through getting the OGE HEEP rebate. They explained how it worked and even left us the form already filled out.
The only minor regret my wife and I have is we aren't sure if we compared apples to apples with our two quotes. The other company wanted to take us up to an R-60 rating. So while they cost a lot more maybe that would have been worth it. However the R-35 rating is still much better than where we were, qualifies us for the rebate, and is on the high end for what is recommended for our area. I think the R-60 would have been overkill as well as expensive.
And we did get an almost $500 rebate from OGE bringing the actual cost much closer to $1000.
The staff was friendly and happily answered all of my questions. They were on time for both the attic inspection appointment and the installation appointment. They brought all of the appropriate equipment, worked fast, and cleaned up before they left. I would use this company again and would recommend to others.
Spoke with company representative on 11/17/14. Agreed on price of $1,325.20. Confirmed this price in text message. Workers arrived promptly and went to work. Job lasted approx 1 hour. Upon completion of job, I provided representative with my credit card. The mobile credit card machine was not working so the representative took my credit card information down and said he would run it later for the agreed amount of $1325.20. I later found out I was charged $1,364.96 (3 percent added to amount due to credit card.) I was never told of 3 percentage add on for using credit card. Later examination of receipt mentions 3 percent will be added on all credit card payments--this is in tiny print at bottom of receipt. I was never adviised of increase in price. If I had been advised I would have chosen a different payment method.

"[removed member name]- I apologize that it was not communicated very well on the 3% processing fee when you use a credit card. We left you two voice mails concerning the 3% processing fee but have not heard anything back from you. I am going to drop a check in the mail to cover the fee. Again, I apologize and I hope the insulation makes a difference and saves you much more money than the processing fee. Also, I will talk to the people at quickbooks to see if we can increase the size of our font on the processing fee on our invoice because our website is also that same size and I want everyone to see that also. We have nothing to hide here at Morrow Insulation. We want you 100% satisfied. Thanks, Ryan"

I had to reschedule to accommodate work commitments. Morrow worked with me to find a mutually acceptable time. They arrived exactly as scheduled, blew in the cellulose in slightly less time than estimated and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves.
I waited almost 4 weeks to write this review because I am on the smart energy plan and wanted to receive the weekly reports comparing my energy use to "average" and "efficient" neighbors. I wanted verifiable data before providing a recommendation. The week after the insulation was installed two Arctic fronts came through. It seemed to me that the house (2400 sq ft) stayed warmer, the furnace came on less and stayed on for a shorter time. I was definitely warmer--wearing normal clothing which was a significant improvement. But the amazing news is that our smart energy report shows a significant decrease in energy usage. We actually moved from a tiny bit better than average to almost efficient--with no change in thermostat settings. So great job, Morrow, thank you!

They removed the old blown-in insulation in attic. I had a huge amount of it and it had been seeping into the house through cracks, old intake holes in ceiling, etc. causing me a lot of health issues. They went above and beyond to get the job done. What was assumed to be a two day job turned into three but they were very professional, polite and accommodating. They sealed around all openings in attic after removal. I would hire them again.
The estimate seemed fair, the explanation of the work to be done was good, but the workers that actually did the job were sub par. The equipment failed and the material was not as advertised.
Response from Morrow Insulation LLC
"[removed members name] - We apologize again that we didn't give you the best job. Our machine failed and thankfully we had another machine to finish the job the same day and not have to spread out the job over more days. As for the professionalism, we expect great customer service and because of some of the issues at your house, we have made changes to our staffing. I can't apologize enough that you weren't completely satisfied. Hopefully the insulation and energy seal work will save you lots of money over the years."

vendor called to verify the date of service prior to installation. Good communication, prompt and thorough service. My heating and A/C bills have been noticeably reduced. Also able to deduct portion of the cost on income taxes!
They did a good job and we loved the way they did the insulation. I have allergies, so they put plastic over stuff while they were working.
