Everything went smooth, Jose Morales did everything and answered everything we asked for. It went terribly! They turned down my application saying there wasn't enough equity in the home. I submitted documents show the home was valued well above the amount I was asking for. They would not even come out to look at my home.

Jose got us a mortgage after 3 banks said no. And the rate was better than any rate we had yet seen. He was easy to deal with, VERY intelligent and was truly concerned about doing the right thing.

Jose is an extremely professional and efficient Mortgage Broker. He kept me well informed every step of the process, never hiding any details of the transactions that were to take place. In addition, he is very knowledgeable in his field. Not once did I ask him a question that he could not respond to my satisfaction. One of the things that I enjoyed the most when working with Jose was that he always makes himself reachable and available no matter what time of the day. <br />

I was very pleased with the service the provider offered. He was honest and upfront about what his company did, and how mortgages work in the case of what I was hoping to do, and he explained why it was not feasible for me to really do what I had in mind unless I was willing to make concessions that I simply could not make. His minimum for working with a client I believe he said was $70,000 on a loan which did not fit with my intentions. He also explained the differences between condominium mortgages and standard home loan mortgages, and that there were restrictions that would prevent us from doing what we needed to do. <br /> Based on our interaction with Jose (and others) we were able to make an educated decision about our plans and intentions. We chose not to go ahead with our plans. However, we could not have made that determination with any certainty without talking with Mr. Morales. <br /> I did find that after my initial call and contact with him, it took Mr. Morales about 24 to 48 hours to come up with the necessary estimates for service. That was considerably longer than other providers as they were willing to offer instant quotes. They were prepared to give me an instant quote. However, you should know that Mr. Morales works with a number of mortgage companies. He does not work with only one; therefore, it requires him to call all of them to get the best rates, and I did feel that Mr. Morales's rates turned out to be better than the other providers such as Quicken Loans for instance who called me immediately after I launched the online mortgage information form agreeing to receive phone calls. <br /> He explained that. He said that he also worked with Quicken Loans and that the branch that had contacted me was their retail branch. He works with a different branch of Quicken Loans that gives out mortgages at better rates. So as you can see, I think Mr. Morales did a fine job and would recommend him to others. <br />

Jose was very attentive to our needs and was deliberate in addressing our particular concerns. He was proactive in the process and avoided those typical surprises we had experienced with previous brokers and banks. His experience, knowledge of the process and connections made it the most seamless and pleasant refinance we've done. <br />
