Very good crew came and spent a long time weeding the entire back plant beds and sprayed were they could and then mulched everything. Good service. A little more than I wanted to pay but it was a big job and well worth the cost. On time and cleaned up afterwards. <br />

Work began last fall and went well into the spring/early summer this year. The weather didn't cooperate, causing several delays. They do excellent work (both design and installation) and we're very satisfied with the overall job. Our only concern was punctuality, which was hard to discern between weather and other jobs being scheduled. <br />

Their contract states that they will cut weekly or "as needed" I have learned that "as needed" actually means whenever they decide to cut the grass - not when it needs to be cut. Our grass measured 9" to 11" over the Memorial Day Weekend. Messages were not returned for 3 days.

The overall work performed was adequate but a couple of things were below expectations. The plants and shrubs installed do not come with a warranty. The customer has to pay "extra" for a warranty and that applies to shrubs only. Installation of the landscaping materials went satisfactorily and the crew was considerate. I had a wide variety of shrubs/perennials installed and they did not provide specific written materials on the care, etc. of each plant....it would have been so much more helpful if they had. The company installed 3 stone steps which were the number of steps they recommended, but after the work was done it was soon obvious that another step was needed. Their response to adding another step was very slow....I really had to persist to get it done. I outlined the problem areas only but they certainly did many things right.
