Very well. Only issue is that they did not tell me the exact day/time they were coming and luckily I was home to open the dock cover :)

Great company, always timely on set appointments. Keeps my yard pest free, highly recommend.

Used this service all last year. Couldn’t be more thrilled. Got our patio back to enjoy. If we saw mosquitos earlier than scheduled treatment dates we would call and immediately be serviced

We were unhappy with our previous provider and decided to try MosquitoNix on a monthly retainer basis. They reviewed and made repairs to our current system and have managed to keep the system running for the last 2 months. There service is a little more expensive than our previous provider but so far so good.

Great responsiveness. always check entire system and replace bad nozzles.

<br /> After the new year, the company came out and performed the serviced as purchased, so I have updated my review from the below to represent the work performed.  <br /> -------------------------------- <br /> I purchased the coupon on September 26, 2014, before I had closed on my house, knowing that I wanted to try this treatment, based on my friends recommendation. I am highly allergic to mosquitoes and so are my mother and sister. They were due to come into town for the holidays, so I went to the website I had purchased the coupon from and from there went onto MosquitoNix's online booking website. I booked an appointment on 12/18 for the following Monday, 12/22 from 9-1. I received an email confirmation of appointment time on 12/22 from 9-1. The email said this: <br /> "MosquitoNix-Houston <br /> Ph. (713) 682-9900 <br /> Megan, your appointment is confirmed: <br /> Click to schedule your service with No preference  <br /> Monday December 22 at 09:00 AM (CST)  <br /> Ref: 4EC5LFPLA1 <br /> MosquitoNix Confirmation <br /> First and foremost, thank you for your business. MosquitoNix is ..." etc <br /> I thought my appointment had been confirmed. Like the email says. So trusting they were coming out on Monday I asked my sister, who has already arrived, to be home to keep an eye for the technician. 11:30 am rolls around and no one has shown up or called. So I call the company and lo and behold my appointment has not been recorded in their system. They have no idea who I am or that I had an appointment scheduled for THAT DAY. They want to book me for a new appointment. Okay, I thinking they would come out in the next couple days, say that's fine. <br /> I talk to someone who books appointments from the beginning and gave her my coupon number, to which she replies, our next available appointment is January 5. I say, excuse me-- Are you serious?? She replies, yes, all of the technicians have left for the day (at 1130 in the morning) and no one will return until January 5.  <br /> Apparently the whole company just shuts down for the last two weeks of the year...? I don't know what you call this, but I don't call it customer service. I am livid that I and my family are going to continue to be eaten alive for the next two weeks because the company is closed. Who does that? Granted it's officially winter time now, but I live in TEXAS - in HOUSTON. There are always mosquitoes. I find this whole debacle ridiculous. I don't even know if I want them to come out now. Ridiculous.

<p>Having had them for over a year now, I thought I would provide an update since the price increase. We purchased the mosquito system from them a while back and recently the price increased. </p> <p><br /></p> <p>Now in our monthly service they not only check and refill the misting system, but they also replace (without asking) clogged nozzles and other parts. They have also begun to put dunks in our storm drains.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>So in all, we are happy with them and the recent price increase has included an increase in service. Plan to keep them around for a while.</p> <br />

I set up a date with the company and gave my address and a time. The truck arrived promptly, but he treated the yard two doors down. When I realized his mistake and went after him at my neighbor's house, he was apologetic and promptly backed his truck to treat my front and back yard. I would have given a higher review for an honest mistake, but within 12 hours after he left, and no rain, the mosquitoes were as bad as ever. It was his last stop of the day, and I wonder all the solution in the tank had been used up by then. My neighbor was happy for the free service! <br />

Sales person was on time and was pleasant to work with. Installers were on time as well and worked quickly. <br />

Their system is very effective. They always check to make sure we still have the chemicals. We also don't have to deal on anything, they gave us a reasonable price. They're just very good.

Had an appointment at 9am, they showed up at 9:15. Fully uniformed crew, fully 'uniformed' van.  Robert and Robert went over the plans and we agreed on where everything went.  They rapidly started digging and trenching the front yard part of the system.  At one point they both left for around 10-15 minutes. When asked why, they said a bathroom break as they did not want to tramp mud in the house.  They worked diligently and non-stop until 12:30 at which time they showed my wife the system, the controls and when the system would mist.  They told her they will be back in a month to check the system and refill as needed.  When I return home, I noticed that one nozzle ended up closer than I liked to the A/C unit.  So I emailed Larry King (general manager who provided his personal cell and email when we purchased the system the week before) who had someone out the next day to move the nozzle (no charge).  So far the system is working well and the mosquito count is rapidly dropping.  I mowed the law tonight before dusk and was not bitten.  Something I could not have done prior to the system install (and only 3 days ago).

This service provider has problems providing the basic service. We started to have a mosquito problem about a month ago and I went to check the tank of chemicals. In the past the Company has let the tank run dry and then the mosquitoes would return. This is not supposed to happen per the terms of our agreement. However this time the tank was full but the timers were not set correctly and the pump was in the off position. I reset the pump and timers myself to rectify the situation. This company has repeatedly shown they cannot fulfill the contract terms and I am looking to change providers, however ther are almost no reviews of mosquito system companys on Angie's list. If you have experience god or bad, please fill out a report to help members. Thanks.

We had used a company named MosquitAway for sevceral years and had good service. Then MosquitoNix purchased MosquitAway. The price doubled and the service level has severly deteriorated since MosquitoNix took over. They have skipped months of service and billed us for it. They have let the system run out of chemicals which causes the mosquitos to thrive and then they are hard to get back unfer control. The worst part is nobody EVER answers the phone. I mean never. I have called over 10 times on a billing dispute and my call ALWAYS goes to an answering machine. I have had one call back from MosquitoNix and unfortunately I was not home to take the call. I find it incredible this company tries to stay in business without having a way to commuinicate with them. Additionally there is no e-mail address to try to contact them electronically. I went on the MosquitoNix web site and the only e-mail address I could find was one for potential franchisees. I left a detailed message that I was not contacting them about a franchise, I just wanted a call back on a serious billing error. <br /> I cannot EVER recall a company of any kind that is so non-customer responsive. I cannot even get in touch with them to cancel service. My plan is to go to the Better Business Bureau and the Texas Attorney General's office area for consumer fraud. I have been billed for services I have not received and I consider that to be fraud.

Very bad experience with the quality of work from Mosquitonix.
