"I can only work with the amount of concrete you buy. The customer refuse to buy anymore concrete to finish job after I spent out of my pocket to help the customer get another yard to finish job and he still refuse to help pay for his concrete .. This customer refuse to pay for there concrete . I gave an estimate with there bill …. If your aware of the concrete company not bringing what you ordered then you should contact them and gotten more concrete .."
