Mountain Peaks Landscaping

When they started to dig for the fence post along where the wall was going I questioned the wall height and made clear that there are sprinkler heads where the are pouring the wall and that the heads need to be moved for springtime relocation of the heads. The retaining wall ended up being 12 to 18 lower than discussed and they just poured the concrete wall on top of all the sprinkler heads. The pouring of the concrete wall looks like they have no idea what they are doing (see Pictures), it was just poured on top of the existing ground with no footing or drainage. The fence was supposed to be 6 ft. ending up being 5ft 8in at best, with multiple panels and posts being reused from the old fencing (see all the yellowing in pictures). Some but not all panels were fixed but many panels are still the reused and I paid for a NEW fence. Fence cross bars are coming apart in several places. The gate was attempted to be repaired 3 times and still sags and now digs a grove into the yard which the gate can't be opened more that 2 ft. The mow strip is just concert poured on top of the grass and not smooth like the existing strip (see pictures of what exisiting mow stip looks like). I tried to get them to fix the issues, some were and some like the sprinklers, that they caused, they want to charge me to fix. They also took our kiddy pool and a black bin we kept our wood for our deck fire pit. My guess is they used them to mix concert in. That is not a how professional company should operate. After this bad experience, they have been paid in full.
