They were a pleasure to interact with, they listened to my concerns, they explained what they were doing at every step, and they were able to adapt the plan to my quirky older house. I plan to call them again for another project.

They have not only been a working contractor but I consider them a partner in this remodeling adventure. Gradie and his associates are very considerate and friendly. All phases of the job is explained thoroughly and if a challenge is encountered we can talk through it for quick resolution and countermeasure. I highly recommend and will use them for future work.

Terrible I should of never used Angi List!! A job that should of been done in 3 months took 6 months of H***!! Terrible! Excuse after excuse, lies and his so call foreman who is no longer with him was a joke!!! Sloppy, careless. My butcher block counter top they installed ruin, sloppy paint job. New floor they laid ruined with their carelessness. Gradie had an excuse for everything! My cabintry I ordered and I had express delivery stayed in my garage for months before being installed, I had to hire another electrician to redo his electrical work that wasn't right. Very disappointed, and have pictures and texts to prove it.

"We did everything you wanted and more. From changing cabinet designs multiple times due to money being short, and lighting rearrangements multiple times caused us to have to redo the process over and over. We discounted your job majorly to allow you to get your job done due to money being short and trying to help you. At the end no final payment was given, we paid for a dumpster rentals for your project that we were supposed to be paid for. On top of that the butcher block you never paid a dime for that came out of our pocket and after promising me you loved your kitchen and you would pay us… still trying to work with y’all’s budget you call us yelling and threatening the owner of the company. We just decided to part ways y’all don’t owe us the for the final project, and our team at platinum wishes the best for you."

Do not hire this company. Gradie blew a lot of smoke just to get me on as a client. Left bathroom remodel in middle of job because they realized things weren’t right and did not know what they were doing. Well, I’m having it done right by a true professional and paying a second time.

You guys have made quit and effort to become very aggressive with us. we went out of our way in doing free things for you. Also covered 3k in materials for you. Because of the unsafe work environment and also offering an employee to finish the job. You broke contract. We left your job after that, also left tools on your job and never came back to get them because no one wanted to get into any altercation. No one felt safe and therefore had to leave your job."

By far, the best contractor I have ever worked with and I don't think there is anything they can't do! The owner worked with us to develop the best plan to make our dreams a reality. They worked with me every step of the way - from contracts to picking out materials. Our house is a historical mansion and very difficult to work on - they did an amazing job working through issues that arose with the structure and took the time to research the local laws and guidelines for historical homes. They vetted and hired subcontractors. Absolutely went above and beyond. They have no problem building rapport with everyone they come in contact with and have a good instinct for what clients are looking for. They were punctual and worked efficiently. Gradie is very knowledgeable and creative! I've hired them for several more jobs ranging from big landscaping projects to multiple remodels. Cannot recommend them enough!

I had a 1970 master bath that was full of army green tile and even an army green tub. Gradie pulled out the tub and put in a walk in shower. It was quite the job - as most of the room was tiled. They removed all of it and put in new walls. All the plumbing had to be redone and then the shower installed. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. Gradie is easy to talk to and make good recommendations. I am glad I found this company on Angi's list.

Grady and the rest of his crew did some wonderful work remodeling our basement. They were hard working, courteous, and thoughtful while in our home. As always with projects like this there were unexpected hiccups. They always went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the project. Thank you for all your hard work!

They remodeled our basement bathroom and completed stain and install of entire basement baseboard project. The finished product by far exceeded our expectations at a fair price for services provided. In fact we are scheduling for our next project to the house exterior.
