Showed up on time and took down both trees without any damage to the surrounding landscape. Stumps were ground out and wood was cut into firewood as requested. Area cleaned up after work was completed.

I was very pleased with the whole transaction. Gregory contacted me to make an appointment to look at my tree and give me an estimate almost immediately. He has a very good personality and explained the whole process and costs involved. He communicated with me after he left quickly with an estimate and set up an appointment. When Carlos came to trim the tree he too was very personable. He took his time to eyeball the tree repeatedly to make sure he was cutting just what needed to be cut to make the tree look good. He also cleaned up the yard when he was done. I was very impressed with the whole transaction and highly recommend them.

He came to the house and talked to my tenant/sister-in-law. She specifically pointed to which branch to cut. I guess there was misunderstanding between Him and my family. His staff came on the wrong day as agreed. Job was done incorrectly and no receipt. I called him back and he was apologetic. So I gave him another chance to trim my tree on my house. He never came to the house as agreed and he never even mentioned his name. Online reviews say his name is Carlos. It seems like English is his second language which probably explains the misunderstanding the first place but not showing up for agreed service?

They did a very nice job. Their quote was very good so it was very good price. They missed one thing in the yard but then they came back and redid it and everything went well. They came basically within 24 hours so I would say overall it was an excellent experience. They were just fast and responsive and the price was the best estimate that I had. They did what they said they would do and they charged a very good price.

We have used Mountain Tree service in the past and they were able to come out for the estimate the following day. After discussing what we needed done, we agreed on a price. Within the next couple of days Mountain Tree Service came out and cut down and ground down the stump. The work was efficient and professional. This was a task we didn't want to accomplish ourselves so we were happy to find a company to help us out. <br />
